Story
Meet Eddie, a young, sweet soul, eager for a forever home. He is a Boxer/Black Mouth Cur mix and weighs 80 lbs. He's the epitome of joy, blending his smart, playful nature with an independent streak that's simply endearing. Eddie's goofy antics and gentle demeanor make him a delightful companion, always ready for a game or a cuddle. His energy is infectious, and his bravery is admirable, making every day an adventure. Eddie adores people and thrives during his zoomie sessions. If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving friend, Eddie is your perfect match! Eddie loves people and kids. Watch out for his wiggly tail. He is good around other non-alpha dogs. So far has been very patient with cats letting them smell and rub on him. He loves going on walks and spending time outdoors. He will need a minimum of 6 ft fenced backyard to keep him from going off exploring. Eddie would like another dog in the home to be his new best friend. Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.

Story
We got Bruno from the Dallas shelter and he’s been nothing but the best boy ever. He is extremely good with other dogs and other people. Loves going on long walks and meeting friends at the dog park. He enjoys cuddles and being as close as physically possible. He has so much love to give! He’s just too big for our apartment and doesn’t have enough room to get his energy out. If adopted, we have a kennel, so many toys, leash and harness, hair brush, and soap for a bath you can have!

These pups are in Grapevine, Texas too!

Story
Meet Bentley, He is a 4 year old Staffy/ Pittie mix. He was originally adopted when he was 2 1/2 from SPCA but his owner got into an accident and wasn't physically able to care for him anymore. She was in line to turn him back in but when she learned that he would be euthanized due to breed, age and owner surrender status she didn't have the heart to do it. Luckily a foster was found but it's only a short term placement. Bentley is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. He is currently in a foster home with a goldendoodle and they love to play. He does struggle with allergies but when he is on his allergy medicine (apoquel) he feels great! He is a sweet lovable boy that thrives with treats, praise and love. He is a strong boy so he needs an owner that can handle him on a leash. He has made improvement with leash walking but if something catches his attention he can pull. He knows how to sit and has been practicing stay as well. He would do best with a neutral or submissive dog. He rides well in a car and is well mannered when going on outings. He is also crate trained. He would love a yard to run and play and an owner that is active with him. He does resource guard food but we think with proper prevention and training it can be managed. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.
