Story
Mojo was found as a stray and we made every effort to find his owners but to no avail. He is an Aussie mix and of course with the breed comes high activity. I will say that he loves his down time though! He is NOT an apartment dog. He needs a good sized fenced yard. He is not great in a crowd of dogs but will do well with a sister or brother to play with. He hasn't been tested with cats so we don't know about that. The vet believes his age to be about 6 years. He's neutered, vaccinated, crate trained and heart worm negative. He is more than ready for his forever home! ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
This precious girl came from one of the worst hoarding situations that we have ever dealt with. there were over 100 dogs on the property, none of them spayed or neutered. Finally, the authorities went in and they managed to get ALL of the dogs out of there. Filthy dirty situation, sick puppies, you name it. We choose to take Blossom home to our rescue because her eyes were begging us for love and attention. She was very pregnant and two weeks after arriving, she gave birth to 7 heathy puppies! Every single puppy was different, every singe puppy had a different daddy! We think that Blossom had never been paid any attention to because she was so shy. Once we weaned her babies we took her out of the nursery and into the house where she just blossomed! That's how she got her name! Her puppies have long since been adopted and now it's her turn. We actually did a DNA on her and it came back with 4 different breeds, which we kind of figured from the beginning. Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull, Boxer. Yes, she is truly a "Mutt!. She is extremely smart and will do anything for a treat. I want her to have a nice fenced yard with lots of room to run. Cattle dogs are working dogs and they need lots of exercise! She is spayed, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped and house broken, truly a gem! Ready for immediate transport. ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
Blue Merlin is true blue to his Blue Heeler breed traits. He is all about being in charge and knowing where he is headed in life. This 2-3 year old boy is 40 pounds and a very loyal companion once you earn his trust.  Smart dogs don’t give their hearts to just anyone.  They want an owner to be smarter and as focused in life as they are.  Blue Merlin loves to have you get that leash out and go on adventurous walks He is housebroken, fine in the house uncrated for the day and he loves running around the fenced yard and playing with other dogs and having the time of his life.  He was part of an Amish breeder colony a few months ago and they decided he was not to be a stud anymore and gave him up to a woman who is a traveling nurse who didn't have a consistent home life for him.  has been around cats and wants them to play and if they don't ....he will bark at them for sport but NEVER hurts one. The Blue Heeler breed is so very focused on their people and Merlin is totally concerned that he meet your every need for the day.  He is the perfect PAL in life.  He is all about love and getting your attention and praise.  He has lots of love waiting for the right someone and there will never be a smarter dog that you will own than Blue Merlin.  Please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested.   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.October 3, 2023, 1:34 am

Story
My favorite man Stan!! Stan is a great guy! He is a 3 yr old Cattle dog who is ready to find his person! He needs to build trust in the beginning with people. That is the biggest hurdle for Stan to overcome. Once you are his person he is fun, loving and a big goof ball! He will need exercise and things to keep him mentally stimulated being a working breed and will benefit greatly with continuous training. He loves just hanging out with his person and chilling nearby too and will watch you lovingly while wagging his tail! He will make a GREAT best friend for the right person! Stan needs to be your only dog.

Story
My name is Midge and I am a Heeler mix puppy born May 16th to a Heeler momma who raised us with love.  The family who did not spay my momma has reached out to Critter Cavalry Rescue to help find homes for me and my 3 other siblings.  I am a smart little cutie pie but I honestly do not know who my dad was.  Momma was a Heeler and she is a very good natured dog.  I am very smart, will probably be a 45 pound adult dog and I love every living creature.   I just need a smart owner who is experienced and who will exercise me every day.  I have so much potential and definitely the pretty good looks.  If you are interested in adopting me please email Critter Cavalry Rescue for an adoption form:  ccrtennessee@gmail.com   I am ready to pack my puppy overnight bag and go home with YOU!!!!!!! PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comOctober 3, 2023, 1:34 am

Story
Page is my name and fun is my game in life!!!  I was born to a Heeler momma who was not supposed to get pregnant.  But her family did not do the right thing and then our momma had us puppies.  Now the family who owns her is trying to find a way to get her pretty puppies adopted.  We were born on May 16th and we have all lived together as puppies for too long.  We are kind of tired of each other and getting grumpy in this humid heat of August.  The family has reached out to Critter Cavalry to ask that we find great homes for us and CCR has pledged to do that.  You see, Critter Cavalry Rescue knows what Heeler breed puppies need and it is this: a fenced yard, smart owners who are active, the ability to be the alpha over the puppy, good training skills, love, and a commitment to work through any challenges.  Critter Cavalry wants people who WILL NOT QUIT when the going gets tough.  They stand behind the dogs but don’t want people who are not able to handle the tougher times.  If you would like to bring home my smart little personality, then please email them at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.October 3, 2023, 1:34 am
