Story

We brought in Trig as a foster in January 2023. He was with our family for awhile until we found him a good forever home, or so we thought. In December 2023 we got a call that he was surrendered at a nearby shelter. We brought him back into our home and are now hoping to find his perfect match. We have a seven year old German Shepherd who Trig gets along SO well with. We also have 3 young children who unfortunately seem to make him very nervous. He has snapped at them a few times when approached suddenly. We are unsure exactly why because of his otherwise friendly nature, but because of this we think he would do best with a family with older children. He is such a good boy, a huge cuddler, a great walker, loves adults, and all other animals. He is fully potty trained and knows simple commands. Is not crate trained only because we let the dogs roam free in our household. Overall a fantastic dog just needing the right family dynamic!

Georgia is a sweet loving girl. She loves all people and is good when first meeting a human! She loves to be petted, loves to run, very energetic. She is good with cats, lives with another dog. He loves a good game of fetch and will do quite literally anything for a piece of food! He loves going on car rides and will guarantee to make you laugh. He is very smart and knows sit, down, stay, place, heel, and spin!This chunky guy is quirky, funny, and thrives off of routine. He is looking for a semi active home where he is not around other animals. Chorizo would do best with older humans since he is a lot of dog and needs people that continue to help him be the best version of himself! He would prefer a home with a privacy fence but it is not mandatory.Chorizo is looking for someone willing to believe in him. Hello My name is Barney and I am eight months old – born on Aug 10 . My mother was a cattle dog, and nobody ever meet my dad. I am one of 7 siblings. My foster mom says I am charming or a sweet fellow and sometimes little lover boy. I am respectful around cats and have lived with all sizes of dogs. Sometimes I get a little nosey around other dogs and they can get mad at me. I am learning how to properly socialize with the help of my foster mom. My foster mom also has several young children. I am still learning what some of the yelling and running is about at times in the house, but I am catching on quickly. My foster home for several months was a farm with cows . I have been around tractors and moving vehicles in the yard. I used a doggie door and slept on doggie beds. Now I am at a new foster home to learn new things. I sleep in a crate now . We do adventure days now to places like the creek or hiking trails . Little shy at new things but motivated by treats and encouragement. I think I could be such a great family addition. I am neutered , micro chipped and up to date on vaccinations. I am on monthly heartworm meds and flea/tick meds. My adoption fee covers a health certificate to travel and transportation from Tennessee.
