She adores puppies and babies in their smallest stages, watching over them sweetly, but as they grow, she prefers her space and a calmer environment. In her golden years, she would do best in a quiet home without other animals or young children. She loves leisurely walks, cozy cuddles, and unlimited butt scratches. She’s a devoted companion and an excellent little guard dog, especially when protecting her humans from the Great DOT (light reflection) invasion. This decision is absolutely heartbreaking for us. Our home has become too busy, loud, and dynamic for Fanci’s aging, sensitive temperament. As painful as it is, she deserves a peaceful place to live out her final years, surrounded by patience, stability, and love. If you have a calm home and a soft spot for senior dogs, Fanci may be the loyal companion you’ve been waiting for. 💙

My name is Fancy . I am estimated to be 2 years old. I am a very sweet girl, but I have a very quirky personality. I am very good in the house ; I am crate trained and have used a doggie door. I love jumping right in the car and going for rides ! I walk on a leash every day currently. When I first meet people, I am very cautious, and act scared. I defiantly bond very fast to women. Young kids scare me, and I tend to go hide in my safe place , my crate. Once I feel comfy around you , I act just like every other dog. I love to give kisses , play with my toys and go for walks on the leash. I love fresh carrots for a treat or a big rawhide to chew on. I have lived with several dogs before and enjoy their company. All my vet work is done, and I am microchipped. My adoption fee covers transport from Tennessee. I can be a very good loyal companion in the right setting. I don’t necessarily need a fenced in yard if you walk me on a leash every day.

Roxanne does well with other dogs and cats and loves attention. At this time, she is not a fan of being crated but does well outside of her crate. Roxanne’s current foster says she is absolutely precious and she could just hold her all day long.
