Story
Mackensie is a sweet, spunky girl who loves everyone she meets! Mackensie is also positive for a heartworm infection. She is currently being treated, but the treatment takes time. She is available for adoption, but the adopter must agree to foster her and return her for the rest of her treatment. We expect her to fully recover and will be an even happier, healthier version of the dog she is today. (For information about heartworms and treatment visit: https://www.heartwormsociety.org/pet-owner-resources) Mackensie needs some training as she tends to be excitable, mouthy so she'd do best in a home with older children. She seems to be okay with other dogs, but we would always recommend a meet and greet with any potential doggie-housemates. If you are interested in meeting Mackensie, visit or call the shelter - or complete an online adoption questionnaire and a shelter team member will reach out to schedule and introduction! www.HamiltonNJ.com/AnimalShelterHamilton Township Animal Shelter cannot offer any guarantees on the age, health, temperament, personality or mental disposition of any pet. Story
Meet Pam, Sam, and Cam, our 4-month-old  Blue Heeler mixes. They weigh between 14 and 18 pounds, but we expect them to mature to around 45 pounds. They love to play with other dogs and we predict that they will even do well with cats because of their friendliness. All littermates have short coats with Pam's being black and white ticked, Sam's being brindle with white and black ticked paws and snout, and Cam's coat being white with black dots. Each pup enjoys playing with plush or rope toys and enjoys running in the grass. These three pups are full of potential, and they're ready to share their love and happiness with a forever family. Adopt Pam, Sam, or Cam and let their playful curiosity bring a new spark to your life! (ME, 2/17/2024)      **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  April 18, 2024, 6:43 pm

Story
Meet Prince, a charming 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog and Blue Heeler mix! This sweet fellow now tips the scales at a healthy 30 pounds, but is expected to mature to around 40 pounds. He has a beautiful short white and black coat. Prince is a dog who wears his heart on his paw, ready to give his love freely to those who show him kindness! He would do well in a home with other dogs, but cats aren't his best friends. Prince should be adopted because he has so much love to give. His warm personality and playful nature make him the perfect companion for any family or individual looking for a loyal and loving friend! Story
This is a Courtesy Post. Molly is a beautiful Stumpy Tail Australian Cattle dog. She weighs about 35 lbs and is just 4 yrs old. She has been with her foster family for about a year now after coming up from Alabama and delivering her puppies on the transport! Molly has received some professional training due to her anxiety and herding/chasing instincts. Being a herding dog, she is very intelligent and has a great desire to learn new things. Slow introductions to new people help Molly to understand there is nothing to fear. We are in search of special adopter who wants to understand their dog and help them be the best friend they can be. A fenced yard is required and there can be not cats or small children. Molly likes other dogs but does best with non-dominant male dogs. She loves to play and would make a great agilities dog. She is truly one of a kind and will make a wonderful companion to the right adopter. Molly is spayed, up to date on core vaccines and microchipped. Please complete an application on our website. www.tinymiraclespcr.org

FENNIC is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, monthly preventatives, heartworm and tick disease tested negative and is microchipped with 24PetWatch.He has an estimated date of birth of September 2022 and at the time of transport weighed around 38 pounds. We have no way of knowing the breed, it is up to individuals to look at the pictures and videos to make up their own mind. We take a lot of pictures and videos and don't always have the time to post them on the dogs individual webpage and adoption site, so we ask that you go to the rescue     YouTube channel     and     photo albums on our Facebook page     to see a LOT of pictures and videos. FENNIC is a very affectionate, sweet loving boy. He has a lot of energy and a lot of love to share. He is very responsive and is bonds very well with humans. He has been around adults of all ages, shapes and sizes, small children and people with special needs and was gentle and loving. He is looking for an active family who can give him the lifestyle that he needs to lead a happy, healthy life. He does like to be close to his human as much as can be, so someone that wants a best friend to take everywhere and do everything with would be Fennic's perfect home. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. CHIP was saved from a kill shelter in Georgia and arrived at Give a Dog a Home Rescue, in Sebec, Maine on 5 April 2024. CHIP is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, monthly preventatives, heartworm and tick disease tested negative and is microchipped with 24PetWatch. He has an estimated date of birth of 26 March 2023 and in April 2024 weighed 28 pounds. We have no way of knowing the breed, it is up to individuals to look at the pictures and videos to make up their own mind. CHIP is adorable, smart, high energy, loving, affectionate, fun, goofy and did I mention high energy? He shares a kennel with two dogs that came from Oman and has been great in helping them adapt and has been teaching them how to play, wrestle and enjoy toys - something they had not experienced before. Chip is true to his breed in that he can be a little mouthy and he does like to let you know how he is feeling when you are not paying him the attention he deserves and thinks he needs lol. Chip needs an active family and one that understands the breed and that they are a herding breed, they can get nippy if they are not taught to not do that. He is super smart, a lot of fun and will learn quick and will be the best companion to the right family. We take a lot of pictures and videos and don't always have the time to post them on the dogs individual webpage and adoption site, so we ask that you go to the rescue    YouTube channel    and    photo albums on our Facebook page    to see a LOT of pictures and videos.
