Quincy is a charming, energetic dude looking for a new home! Quincy was unfortunately brought back to LCR when his owner's schedule had a drastic change and he could no longer provide for Quincy. He was very loved and spoiled though, Quincy loves to go for walks and hang with his favorite people! He is typical to his breed and would do best with someone that has experience with these types of dogs. Quincy is also looking for a kid free home without small animals, he gets along with other dogs that can respect his space. His adoption fee is $50 includes he is neutered, up to date with vaccines, 4dx tested, microchipped, and started on monthly preventions. If you are interested in adopting any of our animals please visit our website to fill out an application. Kennel License #4518

Story
Blake and his litter are super special to our rescue. We have been trying to catch their parents for over a year! They are some super smart dogs! We kept one of the older ones as the rescue mascot, Radar. These pups we found early, and they are used to people and very friendly! They are also smart like their parents and all have learned manners and house-training almost entirely on their own! They are sweet and gentle and love snuggles and toys! They are great with other dogs, and curious about cats, but leave them alone. Super sweet with kids! Just all around great pups! Message us for more info! Note - Little Blake is sooo smart! He is mostly kennel and house trained RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. Story
Misha is an approximately five year old Australian Cattle Dog mix who is looking for her forever home. She was abandoned by her original owner but someone stepped in and welcomed Misha into their home and horse farm, and quickly found she is accustomed to being on a farm around horses and other farm animals and where acclimated well to her new life. She is currently living with a foster family but is separated from the other dogs in the house as she needs to be the only dog. Misha is sweet, very energetic, and extremely intelligent. She can be hesitant when meeting new people, but after spending time and gaining trust she will melt your heart once you get to know her. Misha enjoys exercising and playing with her toys (especially her frisbees). She loves to play outside and would be best as an only dog with a large yard to run, or even a farm to put her to work and keep her busy! Our adult dog adoption fee is $350 which includes each animal is fixed, up to date on core vaccines, microchipped, heartworm &/or 4dx tested, kept on monthly preventions, and dewormed. Story
Tex and Charlie have are sweet dogs that were discarded like common trash. They are extremely kind puppy dogs. Why someone would just dump them is Beyond our understanding. They are very close and seem to be confused when apart. They’re wonderful dogs and would make anybody excellent pets. Tex and Charlie had a home but sadly were not fed well and sometimes not fed at all. A kind lady took them in and are fostering them until a suitable home can be found. They are young and have shown to be smart and eager to learn. We really do not want to separate them because of the dependency they seem to have on each other. When it was super cold here they only had each other to comfort one another. And the hunger was obvious the minute we first saw them. Since, they have been completed vetted, well fed with Healthy and nutritious food. These are healthy doggies and mentally healthy as well. They have adjusted very well to a better life style. I think together they would be able to adjust and become part of any family unit. If you have room in your home for these two, you will never regret it. Can you open up your heart and home to these two sweet doggies! RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Story
Mojo was found as a stray and we made every effort to find his owners but to no avail. He is an Aussie mix and of course with the breed comes high activity. I will say that he loves his down time though! He is NOT an apartment dog. He needs a good sized fenced yard. He is not great in a crowd of dogs but will do well with a sister or brother to play with. He hasn't been tested with cats so we don't know about that. The vet believes his age to be about 6 years. He's neutered, vaccinated, crate trained and heart worm negative. He is more than ready for his forever home! ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
This precious girl came from one of the worst hoarding situations that we have ever dealt with. there were over 100 dogs on the property, none of them spayed or neutered. Finally, the authorities went in and they managed to get ALL of the dogs out of there. Filthy dirty situation, sick puppies, you name it. We choose to take Blossom home to our rescue because her eyes were begging us for love and attention. She was very pregnant and two weeks after arriving, she gave birth to 7 heathy puppies! Every single puppy was different, every singe puppy had a different daddy! We think that Blossom had never been paid any attention to because she was so shy. Once we weaned her babies we took her out of the nursery and into the house where she just blossomed! That's how she got her name! Her puppies have long since been adopted and now it's her turn. We actually did a DNA on her and it came back with 4 different breeds, which we kind of figured from the beginning. Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull, Boxer. Yes, she is truly a "Mutt!: She is extremely smart and will do anything for a treat. I want her to have a nice fenced yard with lots of room to run. Cattle dogs are working dogs and they need lots of exercise! She is spayed, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped and house broken, truly a gem! Ready for immediate transport. ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
Critter Cavalry Rescue is trying to help several dogs like Lyla out of a small rural shelter that is cramped and hard on the spirit of the kind of dog like Lyla.  She came to the shelter as an owner surrender forced by the animal control of the shelter.   She and her sister were being crated 24.7 just about and this was negligent and cruel.  She has been in this little shelter for almost 3 months now and her Blue Heeler spirit is just being stifled to get out and have some time to roam a yard, go for a fun run of fetch the ball or just be sleeping on a soft cozy dog bed at your feet.  It is just hard on the spirit when these dogs are stashed away and unnoticed and very little attention except to feed them.  She is 1-2 years old and 38 pounds.  She is mostly Heeler from what we can tell but on the darker side and she is warm and friendly but cautious too because of the confinement she has experienced.  Help us if you love the breed or love rescuing and fostering or even adopting.  She is fully vetted and ready to go!  Email us at  ccrnewengland@gmail.com   It is time to free Lyla! PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 26, 2024, 2:09 pm

Story
Our pretty little Blue Heeler mixed girl is called Blueberry and she is as sweet as the delicious Blueberries that are so plentiful this time of year. true to form, this Heeler girl will be  your loyal friend and constant companion on your journey in life. The Blue Heelers are stunning dogs that have an extraordinary intelligence and intuitive knack to figure out things in life.  Her sharp observation of life and innate ability to learn, is only matched by her exceptional beauty. This breed is known to be the dog that will stick by you through thick and thin and once you have owned such a breed there is no going back to another. She is just 9 months old, weighs 29 lbs, and has a lot of devotion to give in her furure.  Blueberry is a snuggler, your best friend, walking companion and best car rider and co-pilot.  Blueberry loves, loves, loves to play in your backyard – throw the ball, she might catch it, she might keep it, but she’s a fun girl to have around. She has been nothing more than great friends with every person she meets and all other dogs.  We have not cat tested her yet, but it wouldn’t surprise us if she and the cats could immediately become best of friends.  Blueberry has been spayed, UTD on all vaccinations, HW prevention, microchipped and ready to be adopted.  Check in with Critter Cavalry Rescue and ask for an application by emailing us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com. She is ready to click her heels and make a wish to write on the transport van to a new family.  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.July 26, 2024, 2:09 pm
