Meet Roxanne! This sweet cattle dog mix is such a cuddle bug! At just four months old, she is already keeping her indoor area clean and goes outside to potty. Roxanne does well with other dogs and cats and loves attention. At this time, she is not a fan of being crated but does well outside of her crate. Roxanne’s current foster says she is absolutely precious and she could just hold her all day long. Joey is a sweet, energetic Cattle Dog. She is well trained, comfortable in her crate and in public places like restaurants. She walks well on a leash but like all Cattle Dogs, needs a firm hand to re-direct reactivity. She gets along great with other dogs but is nervous around cats. She has never been around kids so I would not recommend a home with kids. We love her dearly but live in a city. Joey really needs a fenced yard with an active family to keep her engaged. Like all Cattle Dogs, she needs plenty of exercise and mental stimulation or she will make her own fun. She would love another dog as a playmate and does well with dogs of any size. She loves dock diving and other dog sports. Ultimately our decision to re-home her is about her need for space and a doggy friend. She is a wonderful dog. She is between 3 and 4 years old. In very good health and up to date on all shots.
