Story
We have had Apache since he was 8 weeks old he is now 5 years old. He is full blooded and neutered. We can no longer keep him because of a biting incident. The neighbors dog came into our yard and our big dog crashed against our gate and it flew open. The neighbors little boy took off running and Apache bit him on the back of the leg. The little boy is terrified to come outside now and some of the other neighbors are fearful for their children so we have decided to rehome him. He is a very loving dog to our entire family and our young Grandsons. We would love for him to go to a farm or ranch where he can run.

Story
Emma is a good dog, absolutely loves cuddling humans. Plays fetch, knows basic commands. When we had a baby last year she became distant from us and seems to be depressed. She prefers to be outside over with us indoors like she used to be. Flies have begun attacking her ears. We can’t really afford vet bills anymore. As much as it breaks my heart I want her final years to be happy ones.

Story
**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** Hey... um hi...my name is Freckles. I did not get a lot of socialization with people before I was rescued from the streets, so it takes me some time to trust and get comfortable. I do enjoy the company of other dogs and puppies and would do well in a home with another dog. I am currently living in a foster home with another dog who is not as playful as me. We still enjoy each other's company and I am learning how much joy it is to live in a real home. I am completely housebroken and have the zoomies each morning while my foster parents are waking up. I am doing my best to approach new experiences with a brave face but because it takes me a little while to warm up, no one has really given me a chance to shine....like a good diamond it takes time. *** Please apply to foster or adopt online at www.corridorrescue.org Direct inquiries to: adopt@corridorrescue.org The adoption fee of $125 covers spay/neuter, microchip and current vaccines. Transport is available and can be discussed on an individual basis. Thank you for considering a rescued former street dog for your next family member!

Story
**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** Eenie is a young and devoted mother who, along with her three puppies - Meenie, Minie, and Moe, was discovered abandoned in a park in the Corridor. Eenie is gentle, loving, and patient, both with her puppies and people. She's eager to please and would make a wonderful addition to any loving family. She enjoys the company of other dogs, and is properly respectful of cats with appropriate introductions. Eenie has spent time in an apartment during a short-term fostering, and was mindful to keep a clean home. Her intelligence and energy will require a proper healthy outlet, but with some refinement she'll make a truly amazing pet. Direct inquiries to: adopt@corridorrescue.org The adoption fee of $175 covers spay/neuter, microchip and current vaccines. Transport is available and can be discussed on an individual basis.

Story
**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** Misty Dawn is a gentle soul with a heart as golden as her fur. Initially shy, she warms up quickly with a little bit of patience and love. Misty is a loyal companion who enjoys leaning in for scratches and running zoomies around the yard. She does enjoy playgroups with gentle, quieter dogs, but is terrified of cats and would prefer a home without them. Misty Dawn has a curious nature and enjoys exploring the great outdoors. While she may be reserved to new environments, her sweet demeanor is sure to shine through once she feels safe and secure. With gentle, respectful dogs she does well but she can be selective about who she interacts with. Puppies are of great joy to her, so perhaps a smaller canine companion? *** Please apply to foster or adopt online at www.corridorrescue.org Direct inquiries to: adopt@corridorrescue.org The adoption fee of $225 covers spay/neuter, microchip and current vaccines. Story
Hi, I'm Scout! I'm really shy at first, but it only took me .0003 seconds to warm up and start playing with my big brothers in my foster home. I'm not sure how to play with toys yet, but I definitely like playing tug-of-war with my big brother's fluffy tail. I won't sit still for very long for foster mommy to take photos, but I am learning some commands because I get treats. I'm also learning that we go outside to potty, but I might have some accidents inside because I'm still a baby. I am a very active pup with lots of energy. I like running around, and I'm learning how to dog. I also like cuddling and kisses from mommy because it makes me feel safe. If you adopt me, I promise I'll keep you on your toes and shower you with lots of puppy kisses and puppy breath. Scout is a Female Aussie/Cattle Dog Mix that we estimate to be born around 2/5/24 and as of 4/15, she weighed 12 lbs.
