Story
Meet Pharro 🐾 Pharro is a double merle Australian Shepherd who is fully deaf, but he does not require any special medical care or accommodations beyond patience, consistency, and an active lifestyle. He is around 11 months old, highly energetic, intelligent, playful, and full of personality. A couple originally posted him in the Ring Community because they were no longer able to care for him. They gave him to me completely free, including his crate, and I have had him for the past four months. Pharro is best suited for someone with land, a large fenced yard, or an active lifestyle. He loves being outdoors and does not do well being confined for long periods of time. I currently work full-time, and unfortunately I cannot give him the time, stimulation, and space he truly needs. He is still young and does have puppy behaviors. He is a heavy chewer if left unattended and will chew items left within reach. He also barks while in the crate, especially when bored or needing more activity.

Story
Loyal and loving companionMeet Piper – Sweet, Smart & Ready for Her Forever Home Piper is a loving, 5-year-old mixed-breed girl weighing 50 pounds, and she's looking for her forever family. Rescued after being abandoned at a dog park in poor condition, Piper has come a long way—blossoming into a loyal, affectionate, and incredibly smart companion. Piper has completed basic obedience training and we are now working on leash training. She knows all the essentials: sit, stay, lay down, leave it, and she has excellent recall. She's also fully potty trained and patiently sits while you place her food bowl down waits for a release command before eating—what a good girl! While Piper can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly to new people in a home setting. Piper is a mix bread girl but with a personality of an Australian Shepherd or Cattle Dog smart, loyal, and full of heart. Piper would do best in a home without cats, she has done well with older kids. If you're looking for a devoted adventure buddy and a snuggle partner who will reward your patience with endless affection, Piper is your girl.  Check out Piper's videos: https://youtu.be/bcT5b2m90ek https://youtu.be/GwoQpSCIRSI For more videos and photos for Piper check out her social media on TikTok, YouTube and instagram @PawsNthegarden Age: 5 years old     Weight: 50 lbs   Temperament: Good with dogs and kids.   Training: Crate-trained, house trained, knows commands Vetting: Spayed, up to date on vaccines, HW negative For questions about Piper, please email: morgan7728@gmail.com  â€‹ To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself.   August 18, 2026, 7:40 am

Story
Charlie Bee is a great dog, and is very loving, energetic, and happy. She loves cuddles and will jump up to hug you around your shoulders if you kneel down to her! She is not excessive in her barking, and she really loves the couch as a prime perch. She and her brother both came to us at the same time when they were maybe 3-4 months old, just big enough to fit in both of my palms. They are both now quite large puppies, and she is currently 45 lbs. She has an iron stomach, a thick undercoat, and will benefit most from a family who does not currently have another dog. It isn't because she is bad with other dogs, but she is very jealous and loves to play rough with other pups, and while that has been fine with her brother thus far, she may be a little too eager to play with your pups before she gets settled. She is crate trained (mostly) and doesn't really overeat, so food doesn't have to be restricted. Willing to waive adoption fee if I can ensure she is going to a good home. Please call

Story
This is Bentley. He is the most curious, friendly, and excited puppy you will ever meet. He is 5 months old and is able to be ACG registered. All information about where he comes from and who his parents are is available as well. I have to rehome sweet Bentley because I do not have time to give him as much love and attention as he needs. I've already tried rehoming him once, and he didn't adjust too well to a new environment. When he was with me, he was crate-trained and didn't bark indoors. He was able to be in our backyard (not fenced) without a leash and always used the bathroom when we got outside, but had accidents if not taken out frequently enough. He needs lots of attention and exercise, and he LOVES playing. He is good with kids. He is great on walks and would love to go on long runs, walks, or hikes. He loves adventure! He has a heart of gold and struggles with puppy biting but is getting better. Since he has been rehomed, he has had trouble adjusting and barks in his crate.

Story
Bennett is looking for a foster until we can find him a forever home! Bennett is a dog that has come back to our rescue through no fault of his own. We originally pulled him from Newton County Animal Control in 5/2024, a day before he was going to be put down. He stayed at our rescue till 11/2024 when he got adopted. Due to financial difficulties with the adopters he has returned to our rescue and is looking for his forever home again. He is now about 3 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Bennett's a happy, fun loving dog! He has had play dates with our doctor's dog and they got along great. One of our vet techs took him on a run with her and he ran well right along side her. He enjoys going on walks and is calm in his kennel and doesn't get bothered with dogs barking around him. He loves a good stuffed animal to throw around the yard and carry in his mouth. But he can be cuddly too and will rest his head against your shoulder when you go in his kennel with him. If you're interested in meeting Bennett make an appointment to meet him by calling 770-787-4899. Adoption application and interview required for adoption. He is located at Ross Animal Hospital, Covington GA.
