Luca came to us as a foster when his owner moved to an apartment and could not afford the pet deposit. He is about 20 lbs and 2.5 years old. He is fully vetted and house trained to a doggy door. Crate trained. Good with other dogs, cats and free range chickens. Luca is the CUTEST low riding Corgi/Mini Aussie mix with a lovely tail with a white tip. Luca needs some work on a leash but he is happy and healthy. He would also be good with kids.

Story
Sam is a 4 yr old, 19 lb mini Aussie. He’s blue Merle with pretty blue/marble eyes. He is dainty and small. Sam was owner surrendered to us when his human moved to an apartment and could not afford the pet deposit. Sam loves playing with his toys. He almost always has a stuffy in his mouth. He is good with other dogs, cats and does not bother our free range chickens. He does like to be petted but chooses to come to you on his own terms. His owner left him along with his friend Luca out in the country in a chicken coop. We are also fostering Luca although they are not a bonded pair. Sam is up to date on everything and heartworm negative and on monthly preventative. He will need someone patient to help him trust again. He does like to sleep at the foot of our bed and seems to feel more confident when you are sitting or laying down. Sam will also need someone patient to leash train him. He doesn’t fight it, but his previous owner did not leash train him.

Story
PD (pronounced Petey) is a darling 25 lb, 2.5 yr old mini Aussie ready for a great home. He is literally the LIFE of the party! He is happy, healthy and playful. Great with other dogs, cats and does not bother our free range chickens. PD was picked up as a stray and taken to the shelter in a small rural North TX town and we agreed to foster him! PD LOVES cuddles, he loves his toys, his dog buddies and he LOVES people. He is crate trained, knows sit, is great on a leash and loves car rides. He has all of his shots and is heartworm negative and up to date on monthly heartworm prevention. PD would love to have a dog sibling to play with. He would be good with kids but recommend either a family that knows the breed or older kids as PD can be a bit mouthy in innocent play. House trained to a doggy door. Cute cute little short legs and outgoing happy disposition. He LOVES to sleep with his humans right up against you. Loves to be held and to sit in your lap. The sweetest pup!

Or copy and paste this link into your browser...https://form.jotform.us/asr628/ShortAdoptionInquiryThis is the fast way to meeting your new pet.Introducing the handsome and gentle Denver! This sweet boy was adopted from Apollo as a puppy but has found his way back to us after his family had to move into an apartment. Denver is a perfect gentleman indoors—he’s house-trained, doesn’t chew on things he shouldn’t, and simply loves to lay next to you, ready to be your faithful buddy. Now, at the age of 9, Denver’s ideal home would feature a structured routine, and he’s eager to work with someone who can help him grow with additional training. He’s incredibly smart and treat-motivated, so training sessions will be both fun and rewarding! Denver already knows some basic commands (sit, shake, down, stay, wait) and loves to show them off—he’s ready to impress you!Denver walks beautifully on a leash and is always up for a stroll. While he may initially be wary of new people, he’s been friendly with all the staff members at our rescue, proving that he has a kind heart deep down. Denver wasn’t around dogs in his previous home, but he’s been doing great with friendly pups at the rescue. We do recommend slow, proper introductions for any new dog companions he may have in his forever home.Denver is longing for a loving family that will appreciate his quiet nature and cuddle-loving ways! If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will rest his head on your lap and shower you with affection, Denver could be the perfect match for you. Come meet this wonderful boy at our rescue facility in Justin, and see for yourself what an amazing addition he could be to your life!Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up-to-date on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative, heartworm test which includes tick disease testing (if over 6 months), 24Petwatch microchip with registration, fecal analysis and health check before adoption, and spayed or neutered-if not already, a voucher is provided which will cover the cost. If you are adopting a puppy all puppy vaccines are covered as well.

Story
Hi my name is Willow! I have a very big personality. I need someone that is willing to take their sweet time to get to know me because new people are very VERY scary. Once I get to know you, I am very affectionate! I do have some separation anxiety so I will need to be crated when you leave the house. I would prefer to be the only dog. I am a very good jumper and climber so I need a very tall fence. I know I may come with terms and conditions, but I hope there`s someone out there that knows I am still worthy of a home, I will be the most rewarding baby ever!Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, insurance for 30 days, microchip with registration, and spayed or neutered- if not already, a voucher is provided. If you are interested in adopting, please complete our Pre-application: https://form.jotform.us/asr628/ShortAdoptionInquiry
