Maple came to Humane Tomorrow when she was only one week old, along with her Mom and nine littermates. She is now four months old and ready to be adopted! Maple was born without a front left paw, but foster mom says that doesn't slow her down much. She loves to toss her toys up in the air and catch them, and she enjoys running around the backyard. She gets along with the other dogs and the cat in her foster home. Maple is super sweet. She will follow foster mom around the house and take naps in her lap. She sleeps through the night in her crate and is working on potty training. She will be able to take short walks, and if you take long walks or runs, she would love to ride along in a stroller! Maple is a sweet, playful, cuddly puppy that is ready for her forever home. Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.

G'day mates! My name is Ollie, and I'm four months old and weigh 13 lbs. I will be a perfect medium sized dog when I grow up. No one knows for sure, but I look a lot like an Australian Shepherd/Australian Kelpie mix. I was hit by a car and a bone in my pelvis was broken. CRIKEY, that hurt! I've been on crate rest for about two months, and I'm all healed up, but my new people should limit my activity for a couple of months. I can still do some running and playing, just no jumping or rough play quite yet. I love toys, chew treats, and sticks. I'm trying to give up sticks since foster mom says that's not an ideal source of fiber. I would love to have a doggie playmate in my new home, but I have puppy energy and will probably annoy laid-back dogs. I love everyone, but foster mom says no kids under 10 because I still do the puppy mouthing thing. I'll outgrow that habit, and it's easy to distract me with a toy, but it's better to be on the safe side for now. I sleep through the night in my crate, but I tend to bark when left in a crate during the day. I eventually settle down, but no apartments for me since I may annoy the neighbors. Due to my injury, I haven't walked on leash yet, but I'm ready, willing, and able to learn now. Meet Brisbane the Aussie with the Beautiful Baby Blue Eyes! ALL PETS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE DALLAS METROPLEX It’s the Aussie family from “Down Under”…. Actually they are really from Down South (South TX) but who doesn’t love a beautiful Australian Shepherd and her pups! We were asked to help Sydney and her tiny babies and thankfully one of our super fosters took them in. These “mates” are all grown up now and ready for forever homes! Brisbane-Boy Has a Nub tail n more smooth coat. Double blue eyes. Very energetic, comes running to his foster mom when she calls. All the pups are very social and play with all of the other dogs. Brisbane loves, loves, loves playing in the water whether on the splash pad, chasing the water hose or in the puppy swimming pool! When he isn't in the water he is grabbing toys from inside the house and taking outside to run around the yard to see if any of the other dogs will chase him, Full of energy and love waiting for his furever home. I’m posting on behalf of Luke’s owners, who are seeking to rehome him due to a serious medical diagnosis. They hope to find him a loving, stable home where he can thrive. Luke and his sister Leia (also available) have always been together, and keeping them together would be ideal, though they can be separated if needed. Luke and Leia were found as stray puppies three years ago and adopted directly from me. Luke has since grown up in a loving home, well socialized with people and other dogs. Luke is the calmer, more affectionate sibling. He loves people, enjoys being close to his humans, and is sweet, playful, and gentle. He can be shy with unfamiliar things and is sensitive to storms, but does well with his ThunderShirt (included). He has never shown aggression or biting behavior. Luke rides well in the car and is crate trained, dog-door trained, electronic-collar trained, and professionally trained.

Leia is sweet, playful, and full of personality. She is spunkier than Luke and may take a few days to warm up, but once comfortable her affectionate nature shines. She can be shy with new things but is loving and has never shown biting or aggression. Leia hasn’t been around children but would likely be shy rather than aggressive. Her response to cats is unknown, though she lived near a fence-line cat. Leia rides well in the car and is crate trained, dog-door trained, and e-collar trained. She completed professional training.
