Flynn is a gorgeous Australian Shepherd with a mahogany coat, goldish highlights, and amber eyes. He is about seven months old and weighs 36 lbs. He was found as a stray in East Texas, and a neighbor threatened to shoot this awesome dog! Humane Tomorrow immediately and happily welcomed him into our adoption program. After spending too much time on his own, he is getting his first taste of the good life and loves every minute of it! His favorite things include chasing tennis balls, going on walks or runs, car trips, and soaking up all the attention he can get. Flynn is always ready for fun, but what makes him truly special is his sweet, affectionate side. After a day of play, he is perfectly happy to curl up beside you, rest his head on your lap, and remind you how wonderful it is to be loved by a dog. Flynn is doing great learning his indoor manners and is eager to please. He gets along well with other dogs and has decided that the cat in his foster home is not worth worrying about. He would do fine with another dog in his adoptive home, but he would also be thrilled to be your one-and-only and the star of the show. Flynn is the perfect medium size, big enough for adventures and small enough to fit comfortably into everyday life. Although I sometimes have to be reminded not to jump I’m getting better at that. I am not a fan of cats when they run. It makes me want to chase them. I am more fond of women sometimes men can scare me at first, but once I get to know them and with a few treats I’ll be your best friend. I enjoy being around dogs. Except I don’t care for dogs with high energy like me. It makes me nervous. I really love to go on runs and I love my toys...I love chew toys. I do better in my crate after I’ve had plenty of exercise and if you have dogs at home meeting them first would make me feel better. I absolutely love water. My foster mom bought me my own kiddy pool and it’s my favorite thing to do besides following around my foster mama. I’ve been living with two children, age two and seven and I love my foster kids. When I finally am awake I am a big cuddle bug. I like to give hugs and kisses if you let me, I am a big baby with a huge heart of gold! Unfortunately it is time to rehome her because of changing circumstances in our home.Indi is 60 lbs and very strong. Indi is high energy and loves to play but she is ever so sweet. She has been collar trained and is very obedient and loyal. She will always choose human interaction over everything else. She has been trained to ride beside a bike and she loves the outdoors. Because of her training, it would be good if she could be in a home where she has jobs. She’s very attentive and would also be good as an emotional support dog.She’s lived in Colorado and absolutely loves the snow. When Ember was rescued, the shelter environment was incredibly overwhelming for her, but once she landed in a foster home, it didn’t take long for her true personality to start shining through! Ember is friendly, playful, affectionate, smart, and full of energy. She absolutely loves her people and is known for giving the sweetest hugs and kisses. When she’s ready to wind down, she’s even happy to hang out and watch TV with you. Despite coming into rescue without much prior training, Ember has proven just how smart she is. In only a few weeks, she is now potty trained, crate trained, and learned several basic commands! She’s a quick learner who really thrives when given consistency and direction. Ember does well with larger dogs and would love a home that can keep up with her active, playful personality.
