Marmaduke is a big goofy lovebug! He adores children and other dogs. He is very curious about cats and chickens and is probably best in a home without those (or where he can be separated from them). He is only about 1 year old and has been in rescue all his life. He had a medical issue as a puppy that required surgery and he is completely healed from that. He will do best in a home with a secure fenced yard, another dog or dogs to play with that are not tiny since he's so big, and respectful animal-loving children that will love him as much as he loves them. Meet RubySue! She is a precious ~1.5-2 yr old mini aussie. She came to us with some allergy and skin issues due to neglect but she is healing nicely and is ready for her FURever home! She gets along with most other dogs and has not been around cats. She really doesn't care much about the other dogs (doesn't really play - just ignores them and looks for her human to get love) and would prefer to get all the love and attention from her new family. RubySue is spayed, chipped, up to date on all her vaccinations, on monthly HW preventative and is HW negative. Sydney is a tri-colored 6-7 year old female miniature Aussie. She has been spayed and weighs 28 pounds. She still needs to be vetted. Sydney is housebroken, walks good on the leash, gets along well with cats and dogs. She has not been around kids that she knows of. Sydney is not crate trained and the owner does not allow her to sleep on the bed with her. She does not have a fenced in yard but is used to being tether in order to spend free time outdoors. The reason for the surrender is that the Mom found out her daughter that has a mental illness was living in her car with Sydney and rescued the dog. She is unable to care for the dog at this time.
