Sydney is a tri-colored 6-7 year old female miniature Aussie. She has been spayed and weighs 28 pounds. She still needs to be vetted. Sydney is housebroken, walks good on the leash, gets along well with cats and dogs. She has not been around kids that she knows of. Sydney is not crate trained and the owner does not allow her to sleep on the bed with her. She does not have a fenced in yard but is used to being tether in order to spend free time outdoors. The reason for the surrender is that the Mom found out her daughter that has a mental illness was living in her car with Sydney and rescued the dog. She is unable to care for the dog at this time. This handsome boy is friendly, cuddly, and incredibly smart—he loves being around people and will happily soak up all the attention (and belly rubs!) you can give. Elvis is great with kids and prefers to be the only dog or have a female companion though he prefers to have his own space when it comes to food and sometimes water. With a little understanding and simple boundaries, he does just fine and continues to be the sweet, social pup everyone loves. Elvis came into rescue a bit underweight, but he’s been thriving with his foster family and is steadily working his way toward a healthy weight. He’s feeling better every day and his happy, loving personality is really shining through! He’s neutered, completely potty trained, and very well behaved, making him an easy addition to a loving home. Elvis would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where he can run, play, and burn off some of his playful energy. Offering Foster to Adopt: ♡Sally♡ Born December 5, 2021 (she is 4 years old) Aussie Doodle (Australian Shepard, Standard Poodle mix) Weighs around 45 lbs. Seen at Kenosha Lake Shore Veterinary Clinic Housebroken, crate-trained ("find your bed"), leash-trained, very smart, super sweet, fun-loving and energetic dog. Sally sometimes lays in her crate, it mostly enjoys lounging around anywhere near you. She will love to cuddle in bed with you if you let her. Sally is great with dogs, excellent with kids of ALL ages including newborns and toddlers. She hasn't been around cats but I think she'd probably love any friends furry or not. Sally is not accustomed to a fenced in yard, but she is often taken out to go potty off leash if she is taught her limitations. She LOVES the outdoors where she can run and play, rain, snow, or sunshine! Sally likes being taught new tricks, playtime, cuddles, lots of attention! She likes walks, playing with kids and other furry friends, and being the center of attention. Sally does NOT like car rides, she gets car sick. She does not like being alone.
