Story
Meet Jenny! Jenny is a soft, soulful, and quietly wonderful girl. She is a 3-year-old Beagle mix who has a gentle heart and a story that has taught her to move through the world carefully. Once she knows you, she is very sweet, but trust takes time and that is okay. Jenny isn't the kind of dog who rushes into relationships. She blossoms slowly, on her own timeline, with patience and kindness. What Jenny does know right away is dogs. She absolutely loves them and truly thrives as part of a pack. She bonds deeply with other dogs in a way she simply doesn't with people, and they give her confidence and comfort. She adores dogs of all sizes, plays happily with them, and will even choose to snuggle with her dog friends at bedtime, although she is perfectly content sleeping in bed with you, too. Because of her past, Jenny is scared of the leash and needs a home that understands she may always be more of a homebody. That said, she loves being outside, especially sunbathing, which might just be her favorite hobby. She is calm, quiet, crate trained, housebroken, and treat motivated. She will happily take treats from your hand and allow gentle pets, especially when her dog friends are nearby cheering her on. Jenny is indifferent to cats and would do best in a quiet, adult-only home or one with older children (over 12) who can respect her space and allow her to exist without pressure. The best way to win Jenny over is to ignore her, let her come to you, and let the trust build naturally. No forcing, no expectations, just patience. She is just deeply lovable, a little quirky, and absolutely worth getting to know. For the right family, especially one with other friendly dogs, Jenny will be a soft, steady presence who brings warmth, humor, and heart in her own beautifully subtle way.  Jenny is vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $350 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon! Story
Kado is a mixed breed, he is a good dog but cannot keep him anymore. He is an outside dog and is not house trained. He’s used to a big yard and is currently sharing space with another dog he also grew up with a Rottweiler. Kado is an older dog and requires a specific diet as he does have allergy’s to certain foods. He likes to go for walks but does tug on the leash when excited

Story
Ben is a sweet and loveable soul who needs a relaxed and chill environment to match his desire for serenity. He wants a loyal companion who can offer him a quiet space, consistent walking/hiking, lots of petting and treats galore. He is crate trained, house trained, and does not chew or destroy anything. He knows basic commands and walks like a champ! Ben has low to medium energy. He loves his daily walks, but after that is content to chill and sleep around the house. He loves laying in sunny spots in the house and is very food motivated. He especially loves jumping in the creek and will play tug of war on a big stick. Ben would thrive in a home with low stimulation and consistent love and attention. He could be a loving companion for a family or individual who would want a good combination of chill and walk time. He would not do well in a household with consistent visitors coming in and out and would need patient introductions to new children and visitors.

Story
Meet Gary — the cutest little survivor with the sweetest soul. This 2-year-old Chihuahua/Beagle mix was found wandering in the middle of a busy rural road, unsure of where to go or who to trust. Thankfully, Gary is now safe and ready to find a forever family that will show him the love he deserves. Gary can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give him a little patience and kindness and he warms up quickly into a loving, loyal companion. Once he feels comfortable, his gentle personality really shines through. He gets along great with other dogs and would thrive in a home with another confident pup to help show him the ropes and build his confidence. Having a canine buddy makes Gary feel safe and helps bring out his playful, happy side. Gary is looking for a calm, loving home where he can continue learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all. In return, you’ll get a sweet little best friend who will adore being part of your family. Gary is located in Texas. His adoption fee is $195 local or $395 out of state with transport and includes current shots, microchip, neuter, negative heartworm test and current on prevention.
