Hi, I am Canela, and Cinnamon works too.I am so happy that you are reading my profile. I am a really good pup who has been with a family for a year now, but they can’t keep me, so I am looking for a new home.I love to play with children and other dogs. I am very social and love most people too. I am great for car rides especially if they end up at the beach. I love to play in the water and splash around. Toys are such a great invention, aren’t they? My favorite is the stuffy kind, but sometimes I get so excited that somehow they just explode.Besides going for walks I love to cuddle with my people. I am getting better walking on a leash but sometimes I pull when I get excited. I listen very well to commands like sit or come. I know how to behave in the house.I spend a lot of time outside, but I do know that if I am inside I need to ask to go out to do my business. If I sound like your kind of furry friend, then just fill in an application and we can meet on Zoom call.Lots of love to giveCanela To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Say hello to Noah! He is a 4-year-old, 22lb Beagle/Dachshund mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter in CA. Noah is a sweet dog that is very treat motivated, however, takes him a while to trust people. He is very uncertain in new situations and will need patience in allowing him to open up and feel comfortable. Noah loves to go on walks and has a lot of spunky energy once he opens up. He would thrive in a home that takes him on daily walks and/or has a large yard for him to run around. We are looking for a quiet home for him and are recommending no small children as he is learning to trust again. Noah is UTD vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $450.

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Sarah - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Sarah from the Hebrew origins means 'Princess'. What a dream come true, being YOUR princess!! I could totally get on board being treated like a princess, you know, like being spoiled rotten with lots of belly rubs and ear and under the chin scratches and whoa if you threw in some treats that'd just be the bomb...a life of a princess!! I am a total sweetheart of around 8 years, that was pulled from a local shelter where I was on 'the list'. I was shutting down being in a cold loud kennel but since being in my foster home, I've opened up and am starting to blossom. I do wonderfully with the other pups here, even occasionally trying to play. I'm also enjoying playing with stuffie toys. I even like that resident weird smelling thing y'all call a cat, I mostly just let her be (cuz ya know, she smells weird!). I also do great with the little kiddos, being oh so gentle with them. Most of the time I'm quite content to take a snooze while you're doing your thing. I am house broken and getting good at using the doggie door to come inside and am just starting to realize I can use it to go out too! I'm really getting to love this doggie door thing! I like going for our walks around the property but I'm more of a meanderer then a cruiser. I'm at that stage in my life where I like to stop and smell the flowers instead of bulldozing right over them! Coming in at around 43lbs I'm not too small that I get under your feet but I'm not too big that I take up the whole... everything. I would make a great companion type pup for someone retired or that works from home. I would even make a great first time dog parent pup. I will be good in the kennel but I definitely don't care to use one and I'm very good about not getting into things I shouldn't. Are you looking for that calm mellow gal that will be happy just to be in the same room? Are you looking for that someone to share in your daily life going on's from the mundane to the exciting? That constant, your princess, in your life that will never turn down belly rubs or treats? Oh wait, yep...that'd be ME!!!

Story
FosterHi! My name is Kasey and the vet thinks I’m about 10 yrs old. I am a black and tan chi mix and kind of resemble a beagle. I am a medium dog with my long legs and weigh about 20 pounds. I am doing so well in my foster home and have not had a single accident. I’ve even mastered the doggy door! I also get along well with my foster sisters and love to sleep near my foster mom in bed!I do need a little time to warm up to you, but once I do I want to be near you always! I love lounging in my kennel and naps are a must! I would love to find my forever home where I can follow my human around and get all the pets!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. Story
Here is my and Perlita’s story. I have been rescuing dogs from my country (Ecuador) streets since many years ago working jn between with a rescue organization. One day they rescued a stray dog that was on a car accident, I felt in love so deeply with him instantly so I kept him and loved him so much. He is my baby. But I came to the USA to study but I couldn’t bring him with me so I left him for a while until a travel pet agency helped me to bring him here with me. Since then I’m the happiest person ever. My live feels complete. That moment made me think that I could help more doggies like my baby to give them a chance to get a better live here in the USA. In my home country there’s just a few people that care about dogs. That’s a terrible thing but it’s the cruel truth. So working in between with the rescue organizations and the travel agency for pets we made possible the chance to bring dogs here and give them in adoption. So that’s how PERLITA this beagle came to our lives.
