Story
Introducing Toofus! 🐾💕 Toofus is an 11 month old Boston Terrier mix with the cutest little underbite you’ve ever seen, and at just 18 pounds, she’s the perfect pint-sized bundle of joy. Tiny girl, big personality, and just the right amount of spunk to keep life fun. She’s happy, bouncy, and full of love, always ready to play, follow you around, or sneak in for extra snuggles. Toofus absolutely adores her people and wants to be part of everything you’re doing. She’s the kind of pup who brings a little extra sunshine wherever she goes. And when the day winds down, don’t expect her to sleep anywhere but right in bed with her favorite humans… preferably tucked in close like she belongs there (because she does). She does great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making her an easy, fun addition to just about any home. Toofus is spayed, fully vaccinated, and ready to find her forever family 💕

Story
Meet Lolita Lolita is a 5‑year‑old Boston Terrier weighing 19 lbs who is just beginning to learn what it means to be safe, loved, and cared for. She was surrendered from a commercial breeder when she was no longer considered useful, and it’s clear that life has not been kind to her. Lolita is a quiet, reserved, low‑key girl who needs a patient and understanding home. She is still learning how to be a pet and will need time to decompress and blossom at her own pace. Trust will come slowly—and that’s okay. Her future family should understand that progress will be measured in small, meaningful steps. Because of her past, Lolita cannot be left loose in a yard. When going outside, she must always be on a leash, as she may attempt to bolt if given the chance. Keeping her safe is a top priority, and structure will help her feel more secure. Lolita would do best in a calm, quiet home, ideally with another small, social dog who can help her learn routines, build confidence, and show her how to simply be a dog. A canine companion would go a long way in helping her decompress and feel at ease. She is not flashy or demanding—just a gentle soul who deserves kindness, patience, and the chance to finally experience a loving home. If you have the heart and time to give a dog like Lolita the space she needs to heal, you may be rewarded with something truly special: watching a dog who has known very little kindness begin to trust and bloom She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. She also had a dental. If you are serious about adoption, please fill out the adoption application on our website www.phoenixanimalrescue.com Her adoption fee is $500. Phoenix Animal Rescue Chester Springs, PA Kennel License #5152

Story
Introducing Jedi! Jedi is a 19lb, 10.5 year old senior who acts like he's 7. Seriously - he has spunk, can move around, and does the cutest little runs in the yard. Jedi came into rescue when his owner could no longer care for him due to owner's health.Jedi has been with his foster for a little over two weeks, and in that time we have learned about him. 1. He LIVES to cuddle/snuggle. If there is a lap, he wants to be on it or beside it. If you need a napping buddy, Jedi will always always volunteer.2. Jedi loves to eat. None of that picky with food shenanigans for him. Mealtime is always a good time for Jedi.3. Jedi is fine with other dogs provided they are respectful.4. We have not cat tested him but believe he would be fine coexisting with a cat -- perhaps not a kitten.5. He is not a fan of the crate but will settle down and sleep there when you put him in. If he's crated while fun is happening, he has major FOMO and is vocal about his feelings.6. His farts are lethal. If you're looking for someone to blame your gas on, Jedi is up for the job.7. He can do small sets of stairs but would prefer a home where the main floor leads to a yard for him to go out and do his business.8. Jedi wants a home where the humans outnumber the pets or where there is a 1:1 ratio. While he understands that other furbabies in the home are deserving of love and attention, he doesn't want to give up HIS access to a comfy lap for his fursibling.9. He will potty outside but also has some accidents indoors. Please be willing to use a doggie belly band and/or frequent potty breaks.10. He is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and has had a blood panel. Jedi is sure to both melt and heal your heart with his love and adorable nature. If you think you could be a good match, apply for Jedi today at pawsacrosspittsburgh.com/adopt. KL 16182 ##2702416##

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.4/6/26 Bismarck is precious! He just arrived at his foster home this past weekend so we will have updated pictures and info soon! His mom appears to be a Boston Terrier mix or Boxer mix? We really aren’t sure which. Mom weighs about 35 lbs. She is brindle with one blue eye. We do not know who/what dad was. Bismarck is a sweet little nugget. He is getting settled into his foster home. I do not believe these puppies will be as small as most Boston Terriers, but they probably won't be very big. I would say they'll probably be close to mom's size of around 35-40 lbs once grown. Some may be smaller than that. It's impossible to know for sure. Regardless, they are wonderful, loving little babies that need homes! They are currently about 11 weeks old and weigh about 10 lbs. Bismarck is the 2nd largest, after Croissant. He is incredibly sweet. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
