Story
0324048 - You know how some rescue dogs are just so grateful to have been rescued? That's Pablo 100%! He came from a New Mexico shelter after he was found as a stray. Pablo did have a chip and was adopted from the Ruidoso shelter-BUT the number was disconnected and AC went to the address on file and no one lived there anymore. It appears this sweet little guy may have been intentionally dumped to fend for himself. He wasn't thriving as a street dog, he is far too kind and sweet and his skinny body bears testament to that fact. Pablo is safe in foster now and looking forward to happier days and plentiful food bowls. He is about 45 lbs and looks like a boxer/pitbull mix and around 1-2 years old. He loves playing with other dogs who want to play and respects the older dogs who don't. Pablo is house trained but sometimes will mark but we are working on that ans hoping it will improve now that he is neutered.  He also doesn't mind being in the kennel while you are gone or to sleep at night. He has a very loving disposition and his little crooked face and snaggletooth make him extra cute. Pablo also walks great on lead and enjoys meeting and greeting people on the trail.  He does need a bit of work on not counter surfing but since he was starving on the street we will give him a bit of slack. HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!!! Exquisite brindle beauty in search of a loving family to call my own! Hello there, I'm Winter—a name that contrasts my sunny and warm disposition! Considering a puppy but aiming to bypass the trials of potty training, biting, chewing, and crate training? Well, you're in luck, because that's exactly who I am! I offer the best of both worlds. At around a year old, I retain some playful puppy moments while boasting full mastery of house training and crate etiquette. With a modest weight of about 40lbs, I am wonderfully sized for easy management. Working from home? I'm content to be your quiet and steadfast companion, never straying into mischief. Crating during the day? That's totally fine by me—I actually enjoy my crate! If you're looking for a low-key Netflix buddy, I'm your snuggle partner, ready to join you for some cozy viewing. Let me showcase my signature moves: my exuberant full-body tail wags, an endless supply of affectionate kisses, and my endearing tippy tap dance that I break out when my excitement peaks! Am I social? Absolutely! Following a proper introduction, I get along splendidly with other dogs, and the idea of having a playmate to wrestle with fills me with joy! Here are my stats: I boast a foundation in basic training and have an eagerness to please that's hard to match. Car rides are a breeze for me, and I handle them like a true champ. My health status is excellent—I'm spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm negative. I'm primed and ready to find my forever home. Could that be with you? Take the next step and apply to meet me today! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##1753250##

Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!!!  Classic, sophisticated, and years of experience being a good girl, I'm Miracle! As a mature 9-year-old boxer/lab mix, I have many wonderful gifts for my new family. I hope you will read about me and give me the opportunity to meet you and show you how special I am. I am a graduate of a wonderful and comprehensive dog training program, where I learned all of my basic commands (and a few fancy ones, too) so I could be fully prepared to be the best girl I can be for my new home! I walk amazingly well on a leash, and I love checking out the neighborhood of my foster home with my foster sister, but I can also be 100% couch potato. I am fully crate trained and can sleep all night in my crate (full disclosure: my favorite spot is to sleep snuggled up to my 13-year-old human foster sister). My ideal home would be one with lots of love. I love attention, pets, snuggles. Keeping up with my amazing training skills is easy as I am very food motivated! I am currently fostered in a home with one other dog, and I have become BFF's with her. Through proper introductions, I get along well with other dogs. I love my foster sibling and would do well with another dog similar in size to me who also likes to wrestle and play (please check out my videos). I am a lover, not a barker, with such a sweet disposition that everyone loves. My ideal home can absolutely include older children, as I do love kids! Due to my lack of awareness of size, I could unintentionally knock over little ones. My foster home has a 13-year-old girl who lets me sleep on her bed, and I happily greet all her friends who come to visit! All her friends say I’m their favorite! All in all, I’m a very easygoing, happy girl who wants a family to call my own! If that sounds like you, I hope to meet you soon! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##1174512##

Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! BELLE OF THE BALL! Bella is no ordinary dog, she's a 4 year-old bundle of love and loyalty who is eager to find her forever home.  Bella often captures the hearts of everyone she meets.  While a larger breed, she is gentle, calm, smart and VERY well-behaved. Her friendly demeanor extends beyond people.  Bella is also great with other dogs, making her ideal for households with existing pets. She thrives on social interaction and is always thrilled to have a furry friend to share adventures with. Always up for walks or playful tug of war, but she also enjoys relaxing in her crate alone for some alone time as well. Bella's previous family showered her with love, but due to unanticipated circumstances that have forced them to rehome Bella (having nothing to do with Bella at all), this amazing dog now finds herself in need of finding a new family to love.  Fortunately, her previous family has done all of the hard work; she is trained, socialized and ready to jump into a new life with all four paws!  Bella's ideal home would be one filled with love and moderate activity level (Bella loves to be with her people and doggie friends, but also enjoys some quiet time). She is looking for a family who will provide her with the stability and enduring love she is ready to give in return. With her endearing personality and gentle nature, Bella is sure to bring joy and laughter into the lives of her new family.  If you're ready to open your heart and home to a lovable canine companion, then Bella can't wait to meet you and embark on this new chapter of her life together. Bella is being courtesy posted by 2BABR, so if you are interested in learning more about Bella or are keen on meeting her, please send an email to:  info@2babrescue.org. ##1992919##

Story
Bowie was born October 18th 2023. She is a ball of energy; always hungry and always ready to play! She regularly sees the vet and is up to date on shots and very healthy. As a boxer puppy, she is very active and please do not be alarmed by seeing her rib cage, we have been assured by her loving vet that she is a good weight and this is common in young boxers. She is gentle and loving with young children but she has puppy habits like eating snacks that fall to the floor, and not knowing the difference between kids toys and her toys. She is absolutely fantastic with our older boxer, she keeps him playing and active. She loves being outside, she loves to lay in the dirt or grass and sunbathe.

Shelter Visiting Hours are 12 pm to 4 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please fill out an adoption application at mamcorescue.org or attend one of our Saturday adoption event. Events are held each Saturday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event: https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue  At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. ##1981890##
