Cece was born on **April 16** in the comfort and safety of her foster home, and she's been living the VIP puppy life ever since. While many rescue puppies begin life struggling to survive, Cece has only known soft blankets, full bellies, toys galore, air conditioning, gentle hands, endless kisses, and humans who constantly remind her she's gorgeous.
