Story

Tilian is a very sweet 5 year old dog. He is very obedient and receptive to training. He loves spending time with people, cuddling, playing tug, and running. Tilian has some separation anxiety and dog reactivity though both have shown significant improvement and I have faith that this will continue to improve with appropriate training. I am happy to provide the adopter with the training plans and strategies I have used previously. Aside from this, he is an amazing companion. He has lived with other cats and dogs before, but I think a house where someone is able to give him the attention he deserves during this transition will be best for long term success. I am heartbroken about my inability to care for him at this time, and want to find the right home.

Ringo is a special boy. He spent nearly 8 months living in the shelter after coming in as a stray. He is amazingly affectionate and playful. When Ringo came into our care and into his fosters home he immediately started pouring out kisses and zoomies. Ringo is strong and resilient. Due to the amount of time he spent in the shelter and with so little known about him beforehand he likely will need a patient adopter to help work with him on some basics (he can pull hard on a leash and doesn't always know his own strength). He is the rare combination of beautiful and goofy. Ringo has tested very well with other dogs and shows no prey drive with cats but has not been thoroughly tested. He has been affectionate around children. He is people driven more than dog driven, as in, he is looking for his forever people and would do best in any home that wants to give him the attention he deserves.

Meet Penny! Her foster parents call her Sweet P for a reason - she is the cuddliest, most loving girl you'll ever meet. Her favorite things are playing fetch, zoomies around the yard, and snuggling with her foster parents on the sofa. She absolutely adores being around her humans, so would do best in a home with someone who works from home. She can also display some leash reactivity but her foster parents are working on it with her and it's quickly improving! With time gets deeply attached and you can have almost human connection with her. Maddie was abandoned in a trailer with no heat, food or water, her puppies taken to be sold. We can only imagine the despair she must have felt. When she got to the rescue, she was skin and bones. But she was still giving kisses and wagging her tail when we got her at the rescue.
