Story
This puppy is part of a litter that was dropped off at only a few days old at a local municipal shelter. There was an emergency plea put out and some of our wonderful foster parents stepped up to the plate and hand fed these puppies until they were eating on their own. A local donor was curious to the breed and they came back with boxer and border collie. Some of the puppies show the coat of a border collie, while others have the more smooth coat of a boxer. They have been in homes with kids and other dogs, and have had a VERY thorough introduction to life as a pet (including stairs, vacuum cleaners, etc.) This puppy is Durango. He is a very playful and energetic dog, and would do great in a home with other dogs and children. He would love to be a hiking buddy and an active part of the family. Durango has been neutered, is vaccinated for age appropriate vaccines, has been dewormed and given a flea/tick preventative, and is microchipped with registration. Durango would love to join a forever family, and this pup has been really well socialized and has the best kind of foundation to make someone a best four legged friend. Durango is $450 to adopt.

Story
Meet Roxy – The Dog Everyone Wishes They Had.   Some dogs make you work to earn their trust.  Some dogs need months to settle in. And then there's Roxy.  She walks into your life and somehow it feels like she's always belonged there. At around 2 years old and 50 pounds, Roxy is that just-right size—not too big, not too small. With her pretty white and black markings, adorable black eye patch, and warm brown eyes, she's beautiful on the outside. Spend five minutes with her, though, and you'll realize her best feature is her heart. One of our favorite moments happened when Roxy met a young girl for the very first time. Before the little girl could even say hello, Roxy gently rolled onto her back, asking for a belly rub. It wasn't fear—it was pure sweetness. Her quiet way of saying, "I trust you." Watching how gentle and patient she was with that little girl told us everything we needed to know about this amazing dog.   A Friend to Everyone Roxy genuinely enjoys other dogs. She currently lives with a laid-back Labrador and previously shared her foster home with four energetic puppies who bounced, climbed, and wrestled all over her. She handled their nonstop puppy antics with patience, kindness, and good humor.  She'd be thrilled to have another dog in the home—or she'd happily make friends at the dog park instead. Cats? We think she would be fine with the proper introduction. She's met cats and has been friendly and respectful. While she doesn't currently live with one, all signs point to her fitting right in. Kid Approved! She's naturally gentle, loves affection, welcomes belly rubs, and seems to understand that children deserve extra patience. One of the best things about Roxy? She's ready From Day One and already knows how to be part of a family.  House trained   Leash trained    Loves snuggling on the couch  Happy to join you on adventures or simply relax nearby She's easy to live with, eager to please, and happiest just being with her people. If you would like to adopt, please complete an adoption application at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/   Her $250 adoption fee includes:  Spay  Age-appropriate vaccinations  Deworming  Microchip ##2739513##

Story
Meet Angel – A Gentle Soul Looking for His Perfect Retirement Home Don't let the gray on his face fool you—Angel still has plenty of life, love, and tail wags left to share! We believe this handsome Boxer mix is around 8–10 years old, and his recent veterinary exam confirmed what we were hoping to hear... he's a healthy senior! Angel is the kind of dog who reminds you that the simple things in life are the very best. His perfect day starts with a leisurely walk where he can stop and sniff to his heart's content, followed by a long afternoon relaxing near his favorite people. Whether it's curling up on a cozy bed or keeping you company while you read or watch TV, Angel is happiest just being part of the family. This sweet boy absolutely adores people and has never met a stranger he didn't want to be friends with. He also does very well with smaller dogs. Larger dogs, however, can make him feel a little uncertain, so he'd be happiest in a home where he can avoid interactions with medium or large dogs and simply enjoy a peaceful, low-stress lifestyle. Angel isn't looking for adventure—he's looking for someone to share life's quiet moments with. In return, you'll gain a loyal companion whose grateful heart shines through every wag of his tail. Angel has so much love left to give and is hoping his golden years will be spent in a home filled with kindness, comfort, and companionship. If you're looking for an easygoing best friend who will appreciate every day by your side, Angel is ready to meet you. If you would like to adopt, please complete an application at: https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/ Adoption fee: $50, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, and a microchip.  ##2797670##

Shakur is an amazing and loving pup. He is very affectionate and very obedient. He loves to sunbathe and take walks with the people he loves. He’s very smart and adapt easily to other people. Shakur is a sensitive guy and although he is nine years old, he’s very young at heart no health problems and deserves a good home with a loving family and possibly a yard. He craves closeness with people, but doesn’t care much for other animals.
