With his warm graham-cracker-colored coat, coconut-dipped paws, and happy little face, he looks like he came straight off the rim of your favorite frozen drink. Keylime is friendly, playful, and always ready for a good time. He loves making new friends, bouncing around with toys, and soaking up attention before crashing out for a nap in true vacation mode. He’s still a baby, so he’ll need all the usual puppy training and patience, but he already has the perfect recipe: a splash of sweetness, a twist of lime, plenty of personality, and just enough puppy chaos to keep things fun. Keylime is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and on heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $300. He is available for adoption within a 1-hour radius of Wake Forest, NC so he can receive his treatment, which the rescue will cover the expenses for when it is time. And don't worry, our rescue will guide you through the process. Meet Nash—your sweet, squishy, slightly Eeyore-ish lover boy!  Nash is not your usual pup. He may be young, but this boy has the soul of a much older gentleman. He’s wonderfully laid-back, loves his people and is perfectly content to hang out nearby, soaking up attention. He’s not particularly interested in what the other animals are doing and is happy to do his own thing. In fact, “lazy” may be one of his favorite words! When Nash does decide it’s time for fun, he enjoys a good game of tug-of-war and absolutely LOVES his plush toys. Of course, loving plushies means they sometimes meet an unfortunate fate; Nash is determined to discover what’s inside every single one! His other signature move is the "Boxer paw". Want attention? Paw. Want to play? Paw. Want some love? You guessed it…PAW! Nash is a sweet, affectionate boy who enjoys being with his people and has a gentle, easygoing personality. Meet Bane! Bane is a sweet, loving male pit bull mix who showed up on our porch in April. He quickly became part of our family and has shown us what a wonderful dog he can be. He loves playing, affection, and being around his humans, and he has so much love to give. Unfortunately, Bane has had ongoing difficulty getting along with our other male dog. We have tried to make the situation work, but we’ve realized that our home is not the right environment for him long-term. We believe Bane would thrive in a home where he can be the only dog, or with an experienced owner who can carefully assess his compatibility with other animals. This decision is incredibly difficult because Bane is truly a great dog. We are looking for someone who will be patient with him, give him the love and stability he deserves, and make him a part of their family for good. Bane has so much potential to be an amazing companion, and we just want to find the forever home that is right for him.
