Lou is a very sweet, loving dog. He’s great with other animals and loves kids. He does need to be reminded to keep all four paws on the ground when he gets too excited though. Lou is incredibly energetic and playful, his recall is good, and he’s very loyal. Unfortunately with all of that energy can come some chewing habits if it is not properly managed, and with my current family life I am just not home enough to give him the attention and exercise he deserves and needs. I realize that while I love Lou, I am probably not the best home for him because of this.

Toffee is a 4 year old, 64lb boxer mix. He loves going to the park, playing fetch, and playing hide-and-seek. He walks great on his leash and doesn't pull when he sees people or dogs. Toffee loves cuddles and treats; he knows how to sit, shake, and lay down. He has also been working on stay and place. Toffee already is fixed, has his rabies, Da2pp, and Bordetella vaccines. His only medical condition that we know of is his happy tail syndrome, however, he has not split open his tail since I've had him. Outside of that, he is very healthy and loves cuddles!

He’s very in tune and tries to comfort those around him. Bart adores people, making him an excellent companion for families, especially those with children. His friendly demeanor and playful spirit bring happiness to everyone he meets. He has completed a board and train program thanks to a generous donor who wanted to help strays. He’s now got all the basics and more and will come with his training tools and education! Sit, stay, come, place, heel, right, etc etc etc. If you're looking for a loving and playful addition to your family, Barty is ready to Party! Barty is with a trainer in Lucasville. Apply for him on our website and we will get you in touch with his trainer! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.
