Khaleesi is a short-haired torbie with stunning markings and a whole lot of personality. She’s very friendly, though she likes to take a little time to get to know new people before fully warming up. Once she does, her affectionate side really comes out.Khaleesi definitely has a sassy streak and prefers to interact on her own terms, so a home without small children would likely be the best fit. She enjoys cuddling and will happily sleep with you—when she decides it’s cuddle time.She gets along wonderfully with other cats and absolutely loves playtime. Khaleesi is also very comfortable around dogs of all sizes, from small to large. One of her favorite things is curling up to sleep with my roommate.She uses the litter box perfectly and has great eating habits. Bonded with CiriloCamilla arrived for meals around the same time as Cirilo. She appeared with half her tail missing, fresh wound with cause unknown. She was TNRed around April 2024 through the city and was then kept indoors to provide her medical attention for her tail (in the end no further treatment was necessary), give her respite from the Texas heat, and also to increase her chances of survival. At follow ups with a vet, she was estimated to be around 2 years old.She was initially very feisty, a bit scared, and a bit feral. She has grown into a total cuddle bug though, and she loves her pets though she is still a bit wary and will play-bite if she feels overwhelmed. She tends to be vocal and has a case of FOMO. She will calm down if she joins the party, and she will calm down after a few minutes if she does not. She is not too used to being picked up either even though she goes limp in one’s arms instead of fighting away. Meet Gracy! Gracy is a beautiful dilute tortie. She has absolutely stunning golden eyes and the cutest pink nose. Not to mention her marking are beautiful Gracy is sweet and gentle. She enjoys pets and quiet time. She would do best in a home that is quiet without a lot of activity and other pets. Gracy was born in a colony, she is the only survivor of her litter. She was initially going to be a TNR. However, she showed up wounded probably at the hands of a not nice human and her caretaker brought her in and got veterinary care. She decided that Gracy deserved in indoor loving home. Because of her past, Gracy is a little shy around new people, but is sweet when she gets to know you. Meet Cleo! Cleo "Cleopatra" is a beautiful cat with big green eyes who is shy but affectionate when she warms up to anyone. She has a little cut on her right tip of her ear from when she was living in the streets. Her favorite spot to be scratched is her chin. Cleo is both shy and curious about her surroundings. But once she feels safe and comfortable she makes herself home and lays around. Cleo was found in a parking lot and after few head scratches she instantly felt comfortable to be around me where she could be pick up. The vet put her over the age of 1 years old. Cleo is such a smart and loving that she deserves the best instead of being in the streets. **Iris & Adonis are still in search of their forever home!! These darlings were found on top of a car, about 4 weeks old with their mother cuddled up in a ball. Mom was weak and malnourished. I think she laid herself up there for help. No mother cat exposes her litter like that. She needed help and she found it. We were able to catch mom (*Nani fostered by Angel Sarah) and kittens, then to only find out.. mom was pregnant again- later to have 6 more! All are now safe and have found homes or are being fostered by myself, Sarah, and the rescue. These are my last of Momma’s Mohicans. Cute note: Adonis was also mom’s birthing partner to her second litter at only a few months old. He did not leave her side and was mad at me when I took over. Iris & Adonis are bonded twin siblings that have been in foster for almost a year now. They are so sweet and deserve a real home.Both are loving and affectionate. Adonis is a dude and likes to saddle up next to you. He is a very chill guy. Iris is a love bug that is very playful. She is very dainty and is super inquisitive, likes to be held like a baby. Adonis is a heartbreaker…I’m tellin’ ya. They are very shy at the clinic and hide because they are homebodies and are not sure what to think about it up there.
