Calico kittens & cats in Trophy Club, Texas

Every now and again we come across a cat who isn’t like other cats, a cat who doesn’t fit any of the molds and whose behavior leaves us puzzled. Peaches is a perfect example. She and several other outdoor cats had been hanging around a warehouse, scavenging for food. She was underweight, skittish and we knew it was only a matter of time before she became pregnant. One of our intrepid fosters felt compelled to help. She managed to trap her along with two other cats, Clementine and Mr. Apple, and introduced them to indoor living. While they have all made huge progress in adapting to their new life, Peaches is still a little wary around people but her body language suggests that, deep down, she really does want to trust them. She follows her foster mom around the house and she loves to play with toys. She will flip over on her back and expose her belly, but quickly recoil when anyone tries to pet her. Peaches enjoys playing games on the kitty iPad and she loves playing with her feline buddies. She’s just not quite ready for a touchy-feely relationship with a human. She is very food motivated and would probably be happiest in a home with one of her feline friends or another young cat. Rosie is ready for her happy ever after. This sweet girl has the best temperament and she loves all the cats and dogs in her foster home. Her last 2 kittens were adopted this week and we’d love to find her a loving home too. She is always happy and affectionate and appreciates receiving attention. She is not needy or demanding but would make a perfect companion for the right family. Rosie is sure to bring joy to the lucky family that adopts her. Dennis was discovered right next to a highway with no parent in sight! The nice lady who found him didn’t want anything bad to happen to him, so she took him in until a rescue could answer the call!Dennis, our darling little menace, will do his absolute best to assist you in everything. Beecher and his siblings were found as tiny kittens outside in a neighborhood. They were quickly brought inside for safe shelter while rescues were contacted. Classy Cats was quick to answer the call.Beecher is a handsome fellow who likes being held and petted. He can be a bit shy in new situations, but once he feels safe, he’ll be quick to jump into the kitten games. Dinah was dumped at a local business establishment where she promptly had a litter of kittens! The kind business owners contacted Classy Cats for assistance in finding these little ones, and their mom, a place that each of them could forever call home. Dinah is a real sweetheart who is quite the conversationalist. She will gladly chat with you about your day or discuss what’s for dinner when it’s time. Though a mom, she does like to play with a wand toy and enjoys a bit of cat nip from time to time. This proper lady does like her area neat and tidy. If things become a mess, she just might tell you about it.
