She’s independent, smart, and has her own ideas about cuddle time - which makes her cuddles extra special when she chooses them! Her perfect home: A quiet, calm home with no other pets where she can be queen of her space. Reeces gets overstimulated easily, so she thrives with someone patient who understands “pets on her terms”. She’ll let you know when she’s had enough - a little hiss means “break time please”, not “I’m mean”. Her loves: Feather toys, laser pointers, and gentle conversation. She’s a total talker! Loud noises and thunderstorms make her nervous, so a peaceful home is best. He arrived through one of our rescue partners, and while we’re still learning his quirks, one thing is already clear: he is a gentle soul with a lot of love to give.Atticus can be shy when you first meet him, but with a patient, understanding adopter, he blossoms into a confident, affectionate companion. He just needs someone willing to give him the time and space to settle in and show his true personality.Atticus is positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), which means his adopter should be mindful of his health and provide regular veterinary care. Many FIV-positive cats live long, happy, healthy lives—and Atticus is no exception. He can even live with other friendly cats.Once he trusts you, Atticus becomes incredibly sweet. Meet Henry, a handsome gentleman with a big heart, a playful streak, and a strong preference for being the king of his castle. He thrives as an only pet, happily soaking up all the love and attention his people are willing to give, and his perfect love language is a mix of wand toys, crinkly balls, and cozy cuddle sessions. Henry can become overstimulated at times, so he’s best suited for a home without young children (8+) and with an adopter who understands—or is willing to learn about—feline body language, slow transitions, and gentle handling. During adoption counseling, we’ll cover litter box best practices, how to support Henry through overstimulation, and tips for starting him in a small, quiet space to help him settle.
