Tiny came in to the shelter as a stray and has been an incredible gentleman since his arrival. He is totally unaware of his size and that tail that is always wagging can be dangerous! He seems unbothered by other dogs so if you already have one in the home, we will do a dog meet here at the shelter. If you have small kids they should be ready for a lot of slobber, they will be eye level with him. He does enjoy treats and toys but be sure they are BIG dog toys because he`s a BIG BOY.

Olive came into the shelter as a stray and was never reclaimed. It would appear someone thought a Corso puppy would be a great animal to have but did nothing with their puppy. Olive appears to have spent most of her time crated. She is very timid and afraid of the world however once she relaxes the puppy in her bursts out!!!! Olive is a very loving girl who plays rough once comfortable with you. She is being made available but to home without kids this is due to her rough play and not aggression. She is dog friendly but again has a rough play style so play times would need to be supervised at first. Someone who has raised a Corso puppy would be the ideal adopter for Olive. She needs a committed Corso person to help guide her into adulthood.

Through no fault of his own, his owner can no longer keep all three dogs, and Thor is the one at risk of ending up at a shelter where his future is heartbreakingly uncertain. Despite his powerful appearance, Thor is a loving, loyal boy who enjoys being with his people and lives successfully with the other dogs in his home. The only management he needs is to be fed separately, as he prefers to have his meals to himself. Outside of feeding time, he does well with the other dogs in the household. Thor deserves so much more than becoming another euthanasia statistic. He deserves a family that will see the incredible dog behind those soulful eyes—a best friend who will love fiercely and stand by your side through everything. A family on the military base were told that they had to give her up due to breed restrictions so we adopted her. She is so incredibly sweet and loving. She is definitely a wild child too. Our oldest dog does not get along with her unfortunately and she’s gotten hurt a few times because of this. Before a tragedy happens we have decided to rehome her. Due to her traumatic experience she is very nervous around new people. She loves to play with toys and cuddle!
