Story
I found this cat on 8/2/26 on a farm. The elderly owner of the property had passed away in May. I found this starving and injured cat and didn't want to leave her behind. It ran right up to me and meowing for help. It laid in my lap and purred on the drive home. So she is very friendly. Health concerns: She has ringworm and is beginning treatment, malnourished and unfixed (had kittens earlier this year) but I think this cat is barely a year old. I was told she got stuck in a raccoon trap earlier that day and that is what is wrong with her front left paw. It seems to be healing well and doesn't appear to be any permanent damage. She is putting weight on it and doesn't appear to be limping anymore.

Story
Hi! I’m Buddy! I’m a sweet, loving guy looking for a quiet, comfortable space where I can truly thrive. I adore my humans and love spending quality time together, but I also really appreciate having my own space! I was found in a shed and am looking for my furever home! My Ideal Home: Solo Pet or Single/Couple Household: I do best in a calm environment where I can get all the attention without competing with a busy house. Indoor/Outdoor Friendly: I would love a home with a safe yard or barn/outdoor space to explore, or just a cozy sunspot to nap in as an indoor-outdoor cat. Understanding Humans: I’m full of love and personality, but I come with a few endearing "quirks" that make me uniquely me! The Details: Age: approx 5 Years Neutered: Yes Vaccinated: unknown (Yes on Rabies) Litter Box Trained: Yes

Story
Sunshine, a male orange tabby was born around April 2020. He was found by a resident and turned into the Rescue. He occasionally talks at meal times. Sunny hasn’t met dogs or kids under age eight. With proper introductions he gets along with most cats and he’d enjoy another cat for a pal. The foster mom says he is sweet, smart, friendly with known people, and affectionate on his terms. Sunny is shy/avoidant of strangers. At this stage, he is uncomfortable being picked up. Sunny likes playing with interactive wand toys and watching birds at the window. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Are you the patient person willing to give him time to trust and blossom in a new setting and you be rewarded with a special relationship with him? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com . If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~* *

Story
Meet Jupiter! <3 This gray and white tabby, young male, was born in November 2024 and found as a stray. Jupiter likes playing with toys by himself or interactively with you. He enjoys watching at the window for wildlife, playing with his water dish, curling up in the bathroom sink, and batting running water. Jupiter is very friendly with known folks, hesitant near strangers, and hasn’t met kids, but if they are gentle he should be okay. In the foster home he gets along with other cats and an active dog. Jupiter is affectionate and easy going. He watches for you at the window, meets you at the door, and follows you around the house. Jupiter is fine being picked up and held and often rubs against your face and gives kitty kisses. He jumps into your lap when you sit and stays for a while of brushing and petting. Occasionally, he flips over for tummy stroking. Jupiter would enjoy another pet for company, after proper introductions. He uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. Story
Meet Wally! <3 When Wally hears you coming home, he is right there at the door waiting. He ankle rubs and follows you around the house, and is quiet most of the time. Wally is easy-going, He is friendly with trusted folks and initially hesitant of strangers, but allows petting after he has decided you are safe. Wally enjoys brushing and petting from head to tail and likes to sleep with you. He often rolls over for tummy stroking. He plays with toys Wally wants a forever home that will love him despite having Cerebellar hypoplasia, a birth defect that affects his sense of balance. Wally can not jump up and is wobbly when he walks. If he is moving too fast on slippery floors he tips over, then rights himself up and continues on. He uses a low entrance litter box, as he can’t climb easily. Other than that he is a typical, friendly cat that wants love and attention. Like most cats, Wally is affectionate on his terms. He is active, playing by himself with toys or interactively with wand toys. Wally prefers to sit next to you and tolerates being picked up. He hasn’t met kids, but if they are respectful, kids over age nine should be fine. Wally spooks with unexpected, sudden loud noises. Wally hopes you are the person who won’t reject him because he wobbles. Wally became homeless after his family split up. He lived with another cat and if properly introduced, would probably get along with a new cat pal. Are you his new accepting family member he is waiting for? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Story
Meet Trent! Trent is a mellow, brown tabby kitten born in March of 2026. He tolerates the foster’s active dog and gets along with the adult male cats. He hasn’t met children, but if they are gentle he should do well. Trent is very friendly with trusted folks and cautiously friendly with strangers after about 45 minutes. Trent will sleep with you for a couple hours at night and then leaves. When he hears you coming, Trent is at the door waiting. He is okay being picked up and held for a short time and then he wants down to scamper about playing. Trent enjoys interactive toys and playing by himself. He is quiet until meal time. He will let you place him in your lap and stays for a time of petting and brushing. Trent and his 2 four-week-old siblings were found on a highway. Trent uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. Siblings are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax.
