Story

Pele has wobby kitty syndrome (cerebellar hypoplasia), but she does not let that slow her down! She plays, goes up and down stairs, and does most of the things normal cats do! Between her squeaky meow and wobbly walk, she melts hearts wherever she goes. She is a happy, curious cat who loves purring on laps and getting to know new people.I adopted Pele in 2016. Having this brave, sweet little girl by my side for the last decade has been a joy. I wish I could keep her the rest of her life, but with a toddler and a baby on the way, I am no longer able to give her the attention she deserves. I am hoping to find someone who can. Pele has a normal lifespan and does not need any medication. She just needs lots of love, minor assistance with grooming, and people and animals to be gentle with her. Pele has an 11-year-old brother named Tux. It would be wonderful if they could stay together, but I am open to Pele being adopted individually if it's a good fit. :)

Story

Meet Coco, a 6 year old female with a sweet, loving personality. Coco may take a while to warm up to you, but once she does she has a purr that can be heard a mile away and loves lap sitting. She is also so tiny and cannot physically jump high enough to get on counters or table tops. Coco is house trained and is the only cat I know who loves to play fetch (yes, like a dog!). She gets along with dogs with the limited exposure she’s had. She might do well with other, non dominant cats. We are rehoming Coco due to changes in our family’s circumstances and because our other adult male cat shows aggression towardher. She has a vet-diagnosed stress response to this where sometimes she wheezes She is very loved but we don’t have the time or space anymore to give her the attention she deserves or keep the cats apart. Coco would thrive in a single animal home without children (she gets very scared of sudden loud noises).

We adopted Kitty from Facebook marketplace around six years ago. She came from a family that had lots of dogs. When we adopted her, she was sick and had stones so we had surgery done to remove them. Because of that issue, Kitty is on a special prescription food. It just helps her to prevent getting stones again. Kitty is very loyal to her family and loves to be in the same room as you at all times. She is very good with kids however she is not the cuddly type. She loves to play with all of her toys, her light laser and chase things around the house. She doesn’t however, like to sit on your lap she’s a private territorial is her personality so she would be best in a home without other animals. The ideal adopter for Kitty would be an older adult or perhaps a child that has patience and would not demand too much attention. She is litter box trained, however, needs a higher sided box. Kitty is very healthy and is approximately eight years old. My daughter moved so need to rehome her.

Cherry loves to be brushed! She has a fun personality. She is pretty laid back. She likes lounging. She likes to cuddle near feet or beside. She doesn’t scratch furniture. We have had her for 4 years and the cat allergies in our home have progressed severely. So we just need her to go to a loving home that can give her the comfort and love she needs. It breaks our heart because we love her so much.

Tux is a healthy senior cat with a gentle personality and a huge heart! I always joke that he is a dog trapped in a cat's body. He will greet you at the door, carry on full conversations with you, and sleep by your feet. He is the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. There is nothing that makes him happier than high-quality petting sessions! He loves pets and belly rubs more than anything - even treats!I adopted Tux in 2017, when he was two years old. Having this giant ball of affection by my side for almost a decade has been a joy. I wish I could keep him for the rest of his life, but with a toddler and a baby on the way, I no longer have the ability to give him the time and attention he deserves. I am hoping to find someone who can. Tux is looking for a home where he gets lots of love and attention. Tux has a 10-year-old sister named Pele. It would be wonderful if they could be adopted together, but I am open to Tux being adopted individually if it's a good fit. :)
