He is very sweet boy! He love to attention and love to pet. He will love to sit by you. He don’t get along with dog if the dog is bark or tough. He likes to be quiet. So I think better for him to go good home where quiet and be around you. He is great with people and good at other cats. If you are interesting my cat. I want him to go good home instead go to human society center. I want him to have a lovely home who can take care of him.

Otis was acquired by my mom when he was very little along with his brother from another litter. The little tiny boy my mom brought home ended up being a very large big boned guy. He’s spent his whole life with my mom and his brother. My mom has passed away nearly a month ago now and his brother ran away once we started cleaning out her house. Otis has started to come out of his shell for me. He’s still a bit anxious but overall getting better and better. He’s used to having feline friends and he doesn’t have that, he’s used to having his mom and she’s not here either. Otis is a huge snuggle bug, he loves to be where you are and once he decides you are his person he’s all in. He could use a diet. He can be silly, loves his little mice and his scratch pads. Otis would do well in a more quiet home, he currently lives in the country with chickens on the property and does just fine. I could see him also being fine with a dog. Otis just wants love and to love.

Tilly and derp were born to a stray cat we took in while she was heavily pregnant (she needs a home too!). They are fun, loving kittens born 4/22/26. Both have been vetted and we will require they be spayed. They both get along with everyone. They are a wonderful mix of cuddly (sleeping behind me on my office chair while I WFH), and playful (with each other, us, and our resident pets. Tilly is a bit more sweet and reserved. She also loves to adventure, but may be less boisterous. She melts with cheek rubs and purrs loudly as soon as you start. Derp is… a derp. Always been a character. Loves being held like a baby or curling up on sofa. Derp never met anyone she didn’t like. She’s very outgoing and will wait at the front glass/storm door when we leave to go get the mail. They would love to go together, or one with mom but we really just want to find them the best home!

Sunshine, a male orange tabby was born around April 2020. He was found by a resident and turned into the Rescue. He occasionally talks at meal times. Sunny hasn’t met dogs or kids under age eight. With proper introductions he gets along with most cats and he’d enjoy another cat for a pal. The foster mom says he is sweet, smart, friendly with known people, and affectionate on his terms. Sunny is shy/avoidant of strangers. At this stage, he is uncomfortable being picked up. Sunny likes playing with interactive wand toys and watching birds at the window. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Are you the patient person willing to give him time to trust and blossom in a new setting and you be rewarded with a special relationship with him? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. Meet Jupiter! <3 This gray and white tabby, young male, was born in November 2024 and found as a stray. Jupiter likes playing with toys by himself or interactively with you. He enjoys watching at the window for wildlife, playing with his water dish, curling up in the bathroom sink, and batting running water. Jupiter is very friendly with known folks, hesitant near strangers, and hasn’t met kids, but if they are gentle he should be okay. In the foster home he gets along with other cats and an active dog. Jupiter is affectionate and easy going. He watches for you at the window, meets you at the door, and follows you around the house. Jupiter is fine being picked up and held and often rubs against your face and gives kitty kisses. He jumps into your lap when you sit and stays for a while of brushing and petting. Occasionally, he flips over for tummy stroking. Jupiter would enjoy another pet for company, after proper introductions. He uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits.
