Story

Meet Stella, a beautiful tuxedo sweetheart who has been part of our family for 9 years since we adopted her from a local shelter. She is looking for a home where she can be the only pet and finally get all the love she deserves. Stella is deeply affectionate. Once you start petting her, she will purr and meow for as long as you'll give her attention, and she loves to "talk," often meowing back when you speak to her. She is also wonderful with kids, making her a great fit for a family. Stella was originally the only animal in our home, and she thrived. Over time, as we've added more pets, she has become increasingly withdrawn, and we know she needs a home where she doesn't have to compete for attention or space. In a household where she's the only animal, we believe Stella will blossom back into the loving, chatty companion she was meant to be. If you're looking for a devoted, one-on-one companion who will reward your attention with purrs and conversation, Stella could be yor girl.

Story

Bubbles and Smokey are deeply loved, 10 years young, neutered male bonded pair. They are littermates who have been together their entire lives and must be adopted as a package deal. Both total litter box trained Bubbles, the black and white boy, is a wonderful, highly affectionate and social boy. He loves to rub against your legs, meow for affection and paw gently for attention. Thanks to a successful prescription weight-management diet, his mobility is fantastic and playful and he loves to jump onto the couch and bed to snuggle. Smokey is a gentle, sensitive soul. He is initially shy around new visitors and prefers to hide when the house is busy. However, once it is quiet and he feels safe and comfortable, he is an absolute velcro cat who loves to climb up and melt right onto your chest for deep cuddles. Smokey is on a strict prescription urinary diet to prevent crystals, which completely manages his health and keeps him 100% maintained. He has not had a recurrence of the crystals.

Story

Sunshine, a male orange tabby was born around April 2020. He was found by a resident and turned into the Rescue. He occasionally talks at meal times. Sunny hasn’t met dogs or kids under age eight. With proper introductions he gets along with most cats and he’d enjoy another cat for a pal. The foster mom says he is sweet, smart, friendly with known people, and affectionate on his terms. Sunny is shy/avoidant of strangers. At this stage, he is uncomfortable being picked up. Sunny likes playing with interactive wand toys and watching birds at the window. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Are you the patient person willing to give him time to trust and blossom in a new setting and you be rewarded with a special relationship with him? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com . If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~* *

Story

Meet Jupiter! <3 This gray and white tabby, young male, was born in November 2024 and found as a stray. Jupiter likes playing with toys by himself or interactively with you. He enjoys watching at the window for wildlife, playing with his water dish, curling up in the bathroom sink, and batting running water. Jupiter is very friendly with known folks, hesitant near strangers, and hasn’t met kids, but if they are gentle he should be okay. In the foster home he gets along with other cats and an active dog. Jupiter is affectionate and easy going. He watches for you at the window, meets you at the door, and follows you around the house. Jupiter is fine being picked up and held and often rubs against your face and gives kitty kisses. He jumps into your lap when you sit and stays for a while of brushing and petting. Occasionally, he flips over for tummy stroking. Jupiter would enjoy another pet for company, after proper introductions. He uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Story

Meet Sebastian! <3 This handsome, affectionate, older male kitten was born in Feb. 2026. He is white with black tabby patches. He hops into your lap or lets you place him there, kneads you, and stays as long as you brush or kneed him. He watches for you at the window, waits at the door for you, leg rubs, sometimes reach up requesting to be held, and follows you around the house. He is passive with most cats, okay with respectful calm kids and after a couple hours is social with strangers. He prefers to eat by himself and when another cat tries to eat his food, Sebastian will walk away and let him do so. Sebastian likes to nap with you, occasionally rolls over for tummy stroking. He plays by himself with toys and interactively with wand toys as long as there is no competition. He has great litter box habits and use sisal scratching posts. Siblings are available.
