Story
I adopted Pepper when they were seven months old from near Pittsboro, NC. Pepper is a cautious observer during the day and a very active and vocal in the evening. She loves attention, being chased, and wand toys. She's accustomed to a one person home, but may benefit from a somewhat more active living situation and more people to show her the attention she needs. She has some furniture scratching behavior. While I've tried to keep her as an indoor cat, Pepper will sneak outside when I open doors. She enjoys lying in the sun and playing with grasshoppers.

Story
Murph (orange) and Merlin (black) are a lovely bonded pair of boys and need to be rehomed together. Murph is a chatty, social typical orange boy, very playful and affectionate. Merlin is a laid back, chill kind of guy who likes to hang out and smell the roses (literally). They are litter box trained and kid- and other cat-friendly. We are moving to a rental out-of-state that doesn’t accept pets so we would like to find them a good home here in NC before we move.

Story
We believe Misty is now 9 weeks old. She loves treats and chasing toys, but most of all she loves to be cozy in her hammock. We expect she will be an independent kitty. Misty was rescued from a crawlspace with her mama and littermates two weeks past, in a neighborhood with too many strays already.

Story
Curi and London needs to be adopted together. They both have CH ( Cerebellar Hypoplasi ) They are bonded since they were born. London uses pads and curi uses litter. They are very good cats love being held and love people. We give them a bath every few months. They will let you know about everything they need. They will cry if they are hungry, if the litter /pad is duty or if there is no water. They are the cutest. They do not jump on furniture due to their condition. Their mobility is limited but they do try. I have hardwood floor all over and they are fine wit that.

Story
Luna is a 6-year-old spayed female black cat, found on the side of the road as a kitten, adopted at about 6 weeks old from the Humane Society by my sister, along with another kitten, Magnus, of the same age. Luna has been living with Magnus ever since, first with my sister until she passed away, and then with me. She bonded with Magnus as a kitten, and my sister was told not to separate them, so ideally, I prefer to keep them together in their next home, unless the right circumstances present themselves. Although my husband is allergic to the cats, he tried to make it work for some time, but it’s time to rehome them. Luna likes to play fetch with round hair ties, and will actually bring them back after being thrown. She likes to sleep in your lap, and on or next to you in bed and loves being pet and looking out the window at nature. She is shy around new people and will take some time to adjust to new surroundings.

Story
Magnus is a 6-year-old spayed female cat with multi brown markings and long fur brought to the Humane Society as a kitten. She was adopted at about 6 weeks old from the Humane society by my sister, along with another kitten, Luna, of the same age. Magnus has been living with Luna ever since, first with my sister until she passed away, and then with me. She bonded with Luna as a kitten, and my sister was told not to separate them, so ideally, I prefer to keep them together in their next home, unless the right circumstances present themselves. Although my husband is allergic to the cats, he tried to make it work for some time, but it’s time to rehome them. Magnus likes to lounge on her back with all four paws in the air, or chase after a laser light. She will snuggle next to you on the couch and loves being pet or looking out the window at nature. She is less shy around new people than Luna but still may take time to adjust to new surroundings.
