She was less than 1lb, and was found in the street with a sibling who was unresponsive at the time of rescue. We rushed both kittens to the ER, where they were diagnosed with a life threatening virus called panluekopenia. Sadly, her sister was too far gone to be saved, but thankfully Polly got to us in time. With treatment she slowly began to recover, and we're so grateful that she's a healthy, happy kitten today! Our girl is small but mighty! Polly Pocket is a little girl with a big personality! She's fun, inquisitive, mischievous, and loves to play and explore, but will also cuddle up when it's time to recharge all her kitten energy. She adores toys, and her favorite one will come with her to her forever home!Polly's been introduced to dogs and other cats, and enjoys playing and snuggling with everyone she's met. (Even if she has to give a lil' sass at first!) She'd do great in a home with other pets, or as an only child. She has met kids and was a little nervous, but would likely do well with a little time and respectful interactions. Polly uses her litterbox like a pro, is current on her kitten vaccine series, dewormed, FeLV/FIV negative, on monthly flea prevention, and is spayed and microchipped. We do recommend that all kittens be re-tested for FeLV/FIV at 6 months of age. Please chat with your veterinarian for more info. Polly Pocket's adoption fee is $125.
