Story

Shinobi is a pure sweetheart currently living in Streetsboro, OH. She was born in February of 2014 with her brother Inigo in Birmingham, AL. My son has developed a very severe allegy to my cats. Over the last three years I have tried everything I can and the allergy just keeps getting worse. It is now affecting his sleep and become a rather severe concern. Shinobi is an absolute lover. She really just likes to be near people and she absolutely loves attention. She may be a little shy around children if and when they are running around, but typically will try to steer clear of the kid chaos. I will say she is best with adults and kids typically 5 and up. Shinobi is quite overweight. I've struggled to get the other occupants in my home to follow along with a weight loss plan, so that has been a major struggle for her. I would love to make sure she gets into a home that can assist with a healthy diet and make sure her fur stays brushed and mat free.

Story

Inigo is currently living in Streetsboro, OH. He was born in February of 2014 along with his sister Shinobi at a house in Birmingham, AL. He is very loving and sweet. He was the chill cat of the litter. It honestly pains me to have to do this, it's even difficult just typing the words, but my son has developed an extremely severe allergy to the cats. The last few years we thought it was just bad eczema, which part of it is, but his allegy is so severe he's now struggling at school and doesn't even want to play outside with anyone. Inigo has been a wonderful companion. I don't want to see him go but I have tried everything I can. He is quite overweight, and I've struggled to get others in my household to assist with a weight loss plan. I just want him to go somewhere he will be loved unconditionally. He is very photogenic.

Story

Meet Dracula, a sweet and mellow fellow who may need just a little time to come out of his shell. Once he gets comfortable, though, you’ll see just how friendly this handsome guy really is!At 8 years old, Dracula has left the wild kitten antics behind and is much more interested in the finer things in life, taking things at his own pace, enjoying some attention, and spending time with his people. He might be a little reserved at first, but give him a chance to warm up and he’ll be showing you his sweet side in no time.We don’t have any history of Dracula living with other cats or dogs, so any introductions in his new home should be slow and thoughtful. If you’re looking for a mellow companion who just needs a little patience before he lets his personality shine, Dracula may be your guy!Come meet Dracula at the Humane Society of Summit County, 752 W Portage Trail, Akron, OH 44313, or call our Adoption Team at 330-487-0333 ext. 803 to learn more about him.
