She spends most of her day cuddled up with my other foster dogs on the couch. She’s pee pee pad trained and is doing incredible learning to also go outside; she’s such a great walker! She loves other dogs and finds joy playing with the small ones; for that reason I think she’d do well with another dog in the home, but she also loves to soak up all the attention so a no dog home could be a fit as well. She’s hilarious and loves to get her long legs out so you can scratch her whole belly. She would do great with adults or older children. Once you win her trust, she will want to play with you and sleep right above your pillow. Elara has a heart murmur that truly doesn’t seem to affect her whatsoever; however, her adopter should be willing to take her to yearly check ups and avoid extreme exercise. She’s on meds and we are hoping to find her a calm laid back home- she’s only 2!
