Tito is a shy but affectionate chihuahua and dachshund mix. He was surrendered, along with his sister Luna, by the owner's family as the owner has developed dementia. In his foster home, Tito is finding his security and confidence again. In his original home, there was chaos and he didn't understand any of it. Tito would do best in a loving home, no small kids. He is small and I would prefer he wasn't overwhelmed by toddlers. He takes a little bit of time to trust and warm up to new people but he is young and will learn quickly. Where his sister was the boss of the duo, Tito is more timid but he absolutely enjoys affection and a lap. Now that she has been adopted, Tito is starting to come into his own and really blossom. He's funny, he's a good boy but now that she's not directing him, he's kind of seeing how far he can get away with things. He seems to do fine with the larger foster dogs, I can't see that he would mind a dog savvy cat but he does want to play with everyone, even if they don't want to play with him. I think he would really benefit from having a playful canine companion. He has to use pee pads most of the time, in his current foster situation but on the weekends, when he can access the outdoors, he is good about going outside to potty. Adoption fee is $250 Age: 11 months Weight: 10 lbs Temperament: Gets along with other dogs and adults, not kid or cat tested yet. Vetting: neutered, up to date on vaccines, HW negative. Training: He needs training, he seems to be housetrained. Beauty was originally adopted from A second chance adoption agency. Beauty has been in our family since she was 2 months old, that was nearly 10 years ago. I'm looking for a loving, kind, and patience home for Beauty. Beauty is a small, intelligent, active, cuddly, and Beautiful dog. We have enjoyed her so much over the years and it saddens me to have to come to this point of adoption. My daughter who is her mama and original reason for being a part of our family had gone off to College. I tried my best on holding on to Beauty until my daughter graduates. Unfortunately, I work constantly. It makes me sad for her because she is such a loving little lap dog and is currently not getting the attention she deserves.
