Touchdown is a calm, kind, gentle little soul. He was dumped in a rural orchard in California with 8 other small dogs and thankfully the whole group was scooped up by rescue. Touchdown's best fit home would have the following: 1. Another nice dog friend to play and pal around with 2. Prefer a calmer home setting without young children. Touchdown is a timid guy at times and can startle with rambunctious activity. - Approximately 2 years old and 22 pounds - Our best breed guess was Chihuahua/Pomeranian. His daughter that we also got is tiny and fluffy so we thought maybe Pomeranian in there. - Good his crate and goes in there readily to nap - Low to medium energy and has polite house manners - Fostered with two other small dogs and is respectful of them and they play together very nicely - We think he would be fine with cats but have not officially seen him with cats - Kids ages 8+ if there are children in the home - Walks nice on leash and no leash reactivity observed - Rides nicely in the car and no car sickness observed - Enjoys sitting on your lap and cuddling - Quiet and calm, loving and sensitive - Can be shy at first but warms up quickly and is a friendly, loving little guy Touchdown is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, heartworm tested negative, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. I got Luna as a puppy from a pet shop. She is now almost 9 years old. She was an only dog for a while. Then I got another dog who is a little bit larger, and ever since Luna has been experiencing some bullying from my other dog. She suffers from anxiety and the constant dominating of my other dog wears on her. Our lifestyle has gotten more and more busy and she is overstimulated I think. She is her happiest when I am holding her and she is being left alone. I love her and I want her to be more relaxed and happy. I am hoping to find a home for her with someone who works from home, and who does not have any other dogs or cats. She would do best in a calm environment where she can sunbathe and cuddle. She is crate trained and house trained.
