Story
Hi, I’m Henry, your future best friend! I'm a one-year-old Chihuahua mix and I weigh about 12-pounds. I'm the epitome of adorable, playful, and just overflowing with love. Being a well-mannered little guy, I'm totally potty trained, and you can trust me to roam around the house freely when you're out and about. Crates aren’t really my thing (yet), but I'm learning to like them, especially since that's where I get my yummy meals. Leash walks? Well, they're okay, but if I'm honest, I much prefer frolicking in the backyard – that's my happy place! You'll find me there chasing squirrels and having a blast with my other doggy friends. I'm a gentle soul, quiet, and guess what? I love snuggling up at night, so I hope you're ready for some cozy cuddles. And for those times when you're busy or working from home, don't worry about me. I'm great at keeping myself entertained with toys. So, if you're looking for a lovable, low-key companion who's ready to fill your days with joy and your nights with snuggles, I'm your guy. I can’t wait to start our adventure together! Please email Kelsey@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $800 and includes all vetting: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2-6 months of heartworm preventative according to age, heartworm testing and heartworm treatment if applicable, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Story
If you have ever wondered if a dog can be charming, Rosalie will prove that they absolutely can be! Rosalie has a sparkle to her and seems to naturally ease any stress with her presence. Calm and content, with a gorgeous black coat, she is a dream lap dog! Rosalie can best be described as joy on a set of little legs! She has a way of making anyone she meets pause, and enjoy a moment and her ability to create a connection is really heart-warming. Her foster mom has shared stories of how much she enjoys basking in the sun and leisurely spends her time outside. When she is inside she is all love and affection and already showing wonderful house manners. She waits at the door to be invited in or out, has yet to bark, and know sit and stay! This little lady is a true gem and is going to bring so much joy to the lucky one who invites her home. Naturally with a rescue we cannot know with 100% certainty of a dogs breed but we believe she is likely a chihuahua/ dachshund mix. Available for adoption to anywhere in the US. We transport near or into NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Hi, I'm Daisy! In my profile photo you’ll also see my sister (and best friend) Jessie. That’s because we are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together. We are an adorable package deal! I’m a charming, spunky girl estimated to be about 3 years old. I’m a dainty Chihuahua mix weighing in at a petite 10.6 lbs. Of course, my breed is a bit of a mystery because I was found in the countryside with my sister. No worries, though - I'm in excellent health, sporting a glossy, low-maintenance coat that's perfect for cuddles. Speaking of cuddles, I absolutely adore them! I'm a playful spirit who loves running and wrestling with my dog pals, and I'm quite the toy enthusiast, especially if it's stuffed! When I'm not busy being active, you might catch me enjoying a good TV show or admiring my reflection in the mirror (can you blame me?). But don't let my playful side fool you--I know when it's time to wind down. My favorite place to relax? Right on your lap, melting into a peaceful snooze. My foster mom says I'm a dream at night. I sleep quietly in the kennel with my sister, and I'll greet you in the morning with a wagging tail, ready to start the day with a little outdoor adventure and breakfast. (Please note that Daisy and Jessie have individual adoption fees). Please email Kelsey@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Story
Yoda (aka Cha Cha because she's always doing a Cha Cha dance!) is looking for a family to give her a lifetime of fun! She came from a home with thirty (yes, 30) dogs, so she is LOVING getting all the human attention. Just check out her video below to see how snuggly this girl is! In her spare time she loves bouncing around the backyard like Bambi and playing catch-me-if you can game. But if you know the secret of just sitting down on a chair or couch, she immediately jumps onto your lap for love, and you've both won the game.  She's potty trained but is kept in a crate while no one is home. She goes into her crate without a struggle, and is quiet all night. She is good with other dogs and blended well into her foster home pack. We can't be sure about cats or kids as there are none in her foster home, but we think she would love anything that loved her back! ..... Did I mention she loves attention? :) Video: https://youtu.be/3-nHBZhvIhU Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/654e97656759928f4f069a84 Please email krissa@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. The adoption fee is $800.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Meet Allison- also known as Smooshy! She got her nick name due to the adorable wrinkly face she has when excited or confused. She is a sweet, snuggly, active little puppy that will fill your world with kisses and snuggles! She plays all day with the dogs in the foster home, and will run around with the big dogs in the yard for a bit before insisting on coming back in for snuggles and a nap, or maybe snuggles while Netflix binging and then a nap! Treat motivated, Allison has been easy to train and will sit and go potty without issue. A squirmy worm, she is still working on ‘stay’…Allison is not interested in the cat in the foster home, and will walk on by with no issue. She cannot, however, ignore the squirrels that run around above her in the trees. Sweet Smooshy will fill your world with delight! Allison is being fostered in The Dalles.  If you are interested in her, please apply for her here:    https://form.jotform.com/60136667457159 ##1862157##

Story
Meet Max! Max is a chill, loving and smart chiweenie pup rescued from the streets of Fresno. He loves to cuddle and hide his toys. Max, like all puppies, will benefit from lots of time, training and love as they grow into their adult selves. Max is great with his siblings and other dogs large, small, young and old. Max is learning how to to crate and doing well. We aren't sure how he is with cats because he has not been around them, but he is just a little guy and a cat will likely be able to set the tone. If you are interested in adopting this little boy, please apply for him here: https://form.jotform.com/60136667457159 ##1860521##
