Buffy is perhaps the cutest, super buff little lady ever! She was a bodybuilder in her past life for sure. She loves other dogs and is currently fostering with multiple pups and humans, too. Buffy was VERY shy of humans and would hide away, but now she likes to hang around and even sleep in a human bed. She is ready to start receiving affection soon but has been hands off for the most part. Buffy needs a patient person to bring her out of her shell the rest of the way. She is spayed and vaccinated. He recently lost his home when his owner could no longer care for him, and now he’s hoping to find a soft place to land for his golden years. Easygoing and laid back, Widget is a sweet little lapdog who enjoys being petted and spending quiet time with his people. He gets along well with other dogs and has been lovingly pampered and well cared for his entire life. His experience with cats is unknown. Widget has a history of allergies and has tried several treatments over the years. His current diet—avoiding chicken and beef—has made a big difference, and his skin is now healthy and pink instead of itchy. He does have occasional seizures and is on medication to manage them. Widget would thrive in a calm, loving home where he can relax, feel safe, and enjoy plenty of affection. Say hello to Sage Bailey, a 5-month-old chiweenie boy with a sweet face, tiny paws, and a heart full of love! He weighs just 7 pounds and was born on 7/21/25 right here at our rescue after his mom arrived pregnant—so he’s been surrounded by care and kindness since day one. Sage is a gentle, lovable pup who can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, he’s all tail wags and puppy charm. He does great with other dogs and enjoys having canine buddies to help show him the ropes. Cats, on the other hand, are still a bit too mysterious for this little guy! He’s already doing awesome with potty training—Sage knows how to use a potty pad and understands going outside too. He’s still learning leash manners, but he’s making progress and just needs a patient cheerleader to help build his confidence. Sage does have a stage two heart murmur, which is being monitored and doesn’t slow him down from enjoying puppy life, playtime, and cuddles.
