Hot Diggity is a gentle companion who enjoys soaking up soft pets, leaning in close for lap snuggles, and showing off his tricks-he already knows "Sit" and "Shake," and will happily work for cheese or hot dog treats! While he prefers keeping all four paws on the floor rather than being picked up, his happy tail wags, polite demeanor, and adorable door-side tip-tap dances will instantly steal your heart. Story

Jacina is an outgoing, happy little dog who knows no stranger. She loves everyone she meets! Jacina was found as a stray in California and brought to our program to help her have a better chance at finding a home. - 17 pounds and estimated to be around 1 year old - She is a unique looking dog and we aren't sure of her breed mix but do think there is some Chihuahua in there. She has a curly tail like a Pug. - Energetic, active little dog who could make an awesome adventure buddy. She is not a couch potato but she can settle in the home. - Good with other dogs. Very playful. - Was fostered with a cat and while she did not show prey drive, her PLAY drive is high and she tended to be a little too overwhelming for the cat. If an adopter had a very dog savvy cat that was willing to correct dogs, we do think Jacina could get the hint that the cat isn't interested in play. - We believe she could do fine with gentle kids - Crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night - Good with her potty habits - Ball dog who is eager to fetch, bring it back to you and drops it - We have not seen any leash reactivity so far during her neighborhood walks. She is excited to meet other dogs and people though. Jacina is vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, dewormed and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Story

Blanche was a little dog dumped in an orchard in California where she survived for about a month with a second dog. The second dog disappeared and one of our rescue partners caught Blanche and got her to safety. Blanche has been in foster in California with another rescue with no interest for a year. We offered to bring Blanche up to our program with the hopes of her having better chances of finding a loving home. She is so deserving! Blanche is a shy dog who will need a patient person to give her time to blossom. She LOVES walks and gets very confident and happy to go on a walk. She will also potty on walks so she might do ok as an apartment dwelling dog. Blanche enjoys small dog friends and if you have another dog in the home she would likely enjoy having a buddy to show her the ropes. - 12 pounds and approximately 4 years old - Chihuahua mix - Potty trained and has not had any potty accidents in her foster home so far - Crate trained and will sleep in her crate at night quietly - Hasn't been a major barker and is pretty quiet overall - Tested well with cats and we believe she could likely live in a home with a cat - Kids ages 12 years + if there are kids in the home. Blanche would prefer a calm home and energetic kiddos would likely make her skittish and nervous. - Zero aggression shown. Although Blanche is shy, she has always been easy to handle and kind. - Has started to enjoy petting and sitting on the couch next to her foster mom. Blanche's personality is starting to relax and realize humans are nice to interact with. She loves a cozy blanket on the couch to sit next to her person. Blanche is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, dewormed and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. We rescued Riddick out of a California shelter where he had come in as a stray with three other little dogs. Riddick is affectionate and loving! He loves to sunbathe and relax in the grass in his foster's yard. - Approximately 3 years old and 19 pounds. Tall and leggy! - Likely a Chihuahua mix, just larger in size. - Great with other dogs big and small - Fostered with a cat and has not been prey driven. Would do best with a dog savvy cat as sometimes he chases to play a little. Easily redirected if you tell him to stop though. - Was fostered with a child as young as 3 years old and was polite.
