Story
He’s a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix with a sweet and loving personality. He does well with kids and enjoys being close to his person. He’s mostly an indoor dog and likes to relax, cuddle, and just hang out. He can be a little shy around other dogs at first and has some separation anxiety, so he would do best with someone who can give him patience, consistency, and plenty of attention. I’m rehoming him due to personal lifestyle changes and want to find him a safe, stable, and loving home.

Apply today! https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SSAR/Dog Disclaimer: Please note that dogs in a rescue environment may behave differently than they would in a home setting. While we do our best to assess each dogs habits and behaviors, we cannot guarantee that any dog is fully potty trained or will not have accidents after adoption. Changes in environment, routine, stress levels, and transition into a new home can all impact a dogs house-training habits. Patience, consistency, and continued training may be needed as the dog adjusts to their new home. Breed descriptions are provided as a general estimate based on the dog's size, shape, and appearance. These descriptions are not definitive and should be considered a "guestimate." Story
Meet SWEET TART DOB: 06/25/2018 Weight: 12lbs Adoption fee $259 *(Adoption fee includes the neuter/spay surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.) Sweet Tart is a fun, active girl who’s always on the move and doesn’t like to sit still for too long. You’ll often catch her eagerly dancing on her hind legs when it’s time to go somewhere! While we don’t know much about her past, like many rescue pups, she takes a little time to warm up to new people and situations. Sweet Tart isn’t a fan of being picked up, but she loves toys, playing in the yard with other dogs her size, and enjoying walks around the neighborhood. We believe she would do best in an adult-only home where she can have a calm and consistent routine to feel secure. Sweet Tart’s excitement is hard to resist, and her little dances will make your day every time! Interested in giving Sweet Tart a loving home? Story
Est. DOB: 03/13/2016 Current weight: 19lbs Adoption fee: $35 (Adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.) Maxine, now known as Bailey, is a sweet and gentle Chihuahua mix with a heart full of love. She was originally adopted from Sunny Skys in 2018 and recently found her way back to us due to changes in her owner's life. Now she's ready to find her forever home once again. Bailey is a calm, affectionate girl who loves spending time with her people. One of her favorite things in the world is a good belly rub, and she'll happily soak up all the attention you're willing to give. She enjoys relaxing in the sunshine, feeling the sand beneath her paws, and simply taking life at an easy pace. She gets along well with other calm dogs her size and tends to ignore cats altogether. Bailey would do best in a home with older children (10+) or an adult-only household, as small children make her uncomfortable. If you're looking for a loyal companion who enjoys quiet days, sunny spots, and lots of affection, Bailey may be the perfect match. She's ready to share her sweet personality and loving heart with a family that will cherish her for years to come.
