She’s calm, cuddly, and people-oriented, with a special love for ear and chest scratches. Mealtime is her favorite part of the day, and she’s highly food motivated—something her adopter can use to their advantage when training. Acai does best in an adult-only home without small children (under 10–12), since she can be protective of her food, toys, bed, and personal space. She may growl if pushed past her comfort zone, but with calm, patient handling and respect for her boundaries, she blossoms into a sweet and loyal companion.
