Story
I got Banana in 2017, he turns 10 at the end 2026. Hes very sweet, playful, full of energy and life. Loves walks and going to the dog park. Generally gets along with other dogs, he is non-aggressive, but tends to lose interest in other dogs and prefer to sniff around or play with a ball. Nana is a lap dog, he is overall clingy and will follow you where ever you go. Hes very awkward and stiff when picked up. Leash needed, he will catch a smell and go after it. He would thrive with an older women/ single women owner, without young children, or men or other animals. Nana likes all people, he is definitely a people dog rather than a dogs dog. He is very anxious, nervous and flinches to fast movement. He is reactive to my cats, causing a high stress environment overall. Along with I work very long days and don't have the time, attention, or affection to give that he so deserves.

Story
Hi! My name is Baby Mo and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by an Animal Control Officer on August 20, 2026.I weigh 14.0 lbs and am considered a `small breed` dog.I am currenly in a foster home and my foster says this about me,`He is an energetic dog who loves to run so we do light jogging instead of walking. He is potty trained and crate trained, when you say go in, he will go and stay. He does bark initially, but stopped and stay quiet through the night. He is well trained and does not get on the couch unless you tell him so. He enjoys cuddling with people. He gets excited when he sees my cat, but when I tell him to stop chasing he listens. When walking on the street, he doesn`t bark at cars, humans or other dog, but he does get curious and wants to go sniffing. He enjoys marking every pole in the neighborhood to announce his arrival. Baby Mo loves car rides, playing fetch and tug-o-war!`I would do best in a home without younger children.I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!I`m currently in a foster home, please fill out a foster interest form for the chance to meet me! To find that form click the `read about our adoption process` link then `foster path` link! Hahaha all of my cats are foster fails too so I get it.

Story
Rocky is a little guy with a big personality. He is very timid and scared at first. It`ll take him a minute to warm up to you but it is worth the wait. He is destined to be a velcro dog and just wants to snuggle in your lap all day!Reach out the shelter and set up a meet and greet with Rocky!

Story
Beyby is a good dog, sometimes she a little tempered with one of her sisters, but otherwise I have no issues with her, she really likes to be ped for us, as we don't have to many visitors at home to ped her, she had have babies in the past and was a good mama. I have kids and she's really nice to them, but I'm not sure how is she going to react with others as she's always been with us since she borne. She's is a sweet dog. I hope she can find a good loving family for her.... Thank you

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO ON THIS DOG BEFORE REQUESTING AN APPLICATION. MANY OF OUR DOGS HAVE STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR ADOPTION. To see more pictures and some videos of this dog, please visit our Facebook page and look under “photos” and then “albums”. 9-year-old female Chiweenie, about 15 pounds. Cherokee is a sweet yet shy girl. She gets very attached to her person and likes to follow around, sleep and cuddle with them. She has a very Doxie personality; smart, opinionated, LOVES to eat and sometimes be vocal. She is long and low, with the typical Doxie body, so all the normal Doxie long back protection steps should be taken. Not too fat, ramps, steps and such to prevent her from jumping down from high places. She grows crazy long toenails too, so be prepared to clip and snip regularly! She lets you know when she has to go outside. If you like a dog that likes to get dressed up, she's your gal! Bring on the dresses and sweaters! She does not necessarily need a fenced yard, but would love to go for walks and probably no kids under 10. She does need a bit more work on not pulling on the leash. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO ON THIS DOG BEFORE REQUESTING AN APPLICATION. MANY OF OUR DOGS HAVE STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR ADOPTION. 7-year-old male Chiweenie ?, about 15 pounds. Don't let his age fool you! He is full of energy, love and beautiful coloring. His foster mom has two very docile Shih Tzu girls who tolerate his exuberance with patience. Ollie is learning boundaries and rules (do not lift your leg in the house, do not hump your foster sisters, do not walk on the living room end tables, sleep in your crate at night, etc.). He would do well with confident dogs and an owner who is not a pushover because he is smart enough to take advantage of a softie. He takes direction well! :) He has taken to the doggy door with little instruction. Though his foster mom has gates on the stairs, he figured out pretty quickly how to go through the balusters to access the upstairs of the house. He would do well with someone who is active and will keep him intellectually stimulated. Ollie just wants to love his people, take some adventurous walks, eat, snuggle in his favorite donut bed and be loved in return.
