He is social with both people and other dogs, and his calm, friendly nature makes him a wonderful companion for families or individuals alike. He does great with children and, although he hasn’t lived with cats yet, his relaxed temperament suggests he could do well with a slow and proper introduction.Alvin enjoys playtime but is just as happy curling up beside you, soaking in affection. Despite his circumstances, Alvin remained calm and gentle, and it quickly became clear that he had once belonged to a family—he was already neutered, a quiet sign that someone had cared for him before. Sadly, like so many dogs in Mexico, Alvin appears to have been abandoned just before Christmas, left behind during a time meant for warmth and family. Yet even after this heartbreak, he never lost his trusting and loving nature. Once rescued, Alvin adapted beautifully, showing just how easy-going and affectionate he truly is. Today, he is safe, cared for, and ready to begin a bright new chapter with a family who will never leave him behind again.
