Story
Meet Molly Molly is a brave little adventurer with a heart full of love. She has absolutely no fear and will happily go anywhere the big dogs go, keeping up like she was born for it. She loves to run, play, and explore, taking in everything the world has to offer. Vet says mom is a Collie/Pitty mix. Just as much as she loves adventure, Molly adores her people. She wants to be right where you are, snuggling close, giving kisses, and soaking up affection. And let’s talk about her adorable little belly — paired with the tiny grunt she makes when you pick her up, it’s impossible not to fall in love. Molly is a true sweetheart with the perfect balance of confidence, playfulness, and cuddles. She’s ready to be someone’s constant companion and best friend. To meet Molly, please fill out an application! Application available at https://www.pawsofloverescue.com/adoption-application . Adoption donation of $350 includes spay/neuter, microchip, 2-3 dewormings, dhpp vaccinations, rabies shot, bordetella nose spray and any other necessary procedures prior to adoption. Some pets are in the Shelter and others in Foster homes. Please read the bio & email the address listed in the bio.   Additionally for CATS you  may email  JShelton@eulesstx.gov and for DOGS, email trinitygapclub@gmail.com       Meet Panda Panda is a sweet, loving Terrier / smooth-coat Border Collie mix with a heart as soft as her favorite blankets. She’s spayed, fully vetted, and ready for her forever home. Panda showed up as a stray at the Euless shelter after having a litter of puppies. She was emaciated and malnourished, but with lots of TLC in foster care, she’s blossoming into the happy, affectionate girl she was always meant to be. Why Panda is special:     •    Great with all people and very people-oriented     •    Smart and social with other dogs     •    House-trained and doesn’t need a kennel     •    Knows sit and takes treats gently     •    Eats well (very enthusiastically!) and is gaining healthy weight     •    Loves soft beds, cozy blankets, and sunny spots     •    Enjoys curling up next to her Lab mix foster “sister”     •    Breaks out an adorable wiggle-wag when she’s happy     •    Transitioned easily from shelter life to a home environment Panda clearly seems to have lived in a home before and thrives in a calm, loving space. While we don’t yet know how she is with cats or young children, she has shown herself to be adaptable, gentle, and eager to please. Panda is ready for a forever family who will continue giving her the love and security she deserves. Interested in adopting Panda? Contact: steffeniegaprescue@gmail.comJanuary 17, 2026, 10:27 am

Story
This handsome boy needs a very special person in his life, as he struggles to trust many humans. Prince might like someone immediately, but it is rare. He did not like his foster mom at all initially, but now he is loving and adoring of her. He is an outgoing and fun dog once he chooses to trust someone; otherwise, he makes it clear that he prefers to be left alone. Prince lives with many other dogs and is exceptionally playful with the smaller dogs in his home. He has not been cat tested, but ignores the cats in their catio in his foster home. He has learned to accept and walk on a leash and even enjoys going for walks now. He is house-trained and has good house manners, which is excellent because he hates being in a crate. He needs a home with minimal people coming and going, and/or a place where he can be away from those who do not live with him, and where there are no young children. His perfect home would be with his human, and how many other dogs his human would like to have live with them.Prince is fully vetted, current with vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and on flea and tick, as well as heartworm, prevention.

Story
Meet Theo -- Your Gentle, Playful Companion! Born around April 1, 2025, Theo is a distinguished young pup with wise eyes and a heart full of sweetness. He adores playing with his littermates and foster family -- adults, kids, and even cats! His floppy ears often flip inside out, and he&#39s happiest lounging on the couch with his people. Theo is a toy enthusiast, especially stuffed ones (though he&#39s known to un-stuff them with gusto!). He&#39s all about treats, cuddles, and soaking up attention. While he can get a little rowdy when excited, he just needs gentle guidance around smaller children. Theo is looking for a loving home with time to help him grow -- crate training, leash walking, and housebreaking are still on his to-do list. He&#39d thrive with an active family, a yard to play in, and a cozy indoor bed to call his own. With his giant heart and playful spirit, Theo will fill your life with joy, loyalty, and endless affection. Theo is neutered, UTD on shots and boosters, microchipped, and currently on monthly NexGard and Heartgard. Theo is part of the Guest Dog Program through DFW Rescue Me. His foster family will bring him to a home visit for any potential forever families for a meet and greet. The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $300.00 and that includes their vaccinations, spay or neuter, rabies and microchip. To start the process please visit our website and fill out the adoption application (www.dfwrescueme.org) and from there the foster family can answer any questions and arrange a time to meet. Theo is participating in the DFW Rescue Me guest dog program, so ongoing care and custody is provided by their foster, not by DFWRM.October 26, 2025, 6:21 pm

Story
Meet Shiloh -- A Gentle Spirit with a Playful Heart. Born around April 1, 2025, Shiloh is a calm, sweet-natured pup with a quiet charm that&#39s impossible to resist. She has a long body, big paws, and adorably short legs but don&#39t let those fool you. She was the first of her litter to master jumping their 40&#34 play yard fence, proving that determination beats leg length every time! Shiloh loves attention and tries her best to jump up for cuddles. Her floppy bloodhound-like ears and stunning brindle coat give her a unique beauty, and her soulful eyes speak volumes, always asking for love. She&#39s playful and affectionate, enjoying toys, tug-of-war with her littermates, and snuggle time with humans. She&#39s wonderful with kids, other dogs, and cats, and she knows exactly when it&#39s bedtime, just shake the treat jar and she&#39s ready to settle in. Shiloh currently lives in an outdoor kennel with her littermates due to space limitations in her foster home. She&#39s still learning to feel safe and relaxed indoors but settles down with one-on-one cuddle time. Shiloh is looking for a forever home that will have time to crate train her because she is not housebroken, time to teach her how to walk on a leash, time to take her on walks, a yard to play in, and a warm, safe bed to sleep in indoors every night. She would love an active family because she loves running around and playing. She has lots of puppy energy left to burn! The right forever family will be blessed by her giant heart, and she will repay them with all the love and affection in the world! Story
Met Scooter! My husband and I are elementary school teachers and this sweet boy (now affectionately called Scooter) had been hanging around the school playground since the beginning of the year. When Animal Control came and said he would be euthanized that night, we couldnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t let that happen. We scooped him up and brought him to our in laws home in Frisco. He is good with other dogs, cats, and kids! Scooter has been nothing short of wonderful. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s gentle, loving, and great with kids. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s fully potty trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and has quickly adjusted to being indoors. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s vaccinated, neutered and has the sweetest, most even temperament, he especially loves rolling over for belly rubs and being close to people. This boy is the best and deserves the best home! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Scooter, then please email newdigs@dallaspetsalive.org. Story
Meet the perennially goofy and Just Happy to Be Included®, Bowie the Border Collie. He is a 5-year old, 90lb Border Collie (as the name implies), with a big goofy smile and a sunny disposition. Bowie was one of my mother's furbabies, and she passed unexpectedly this year, leaving my partner and I scrambling to find a home for him and his dog-brother Scout. We are unfortunately unable to foster them indefinitely due to our own existing pet situation, and we need to find them a good home as soon as possible. Bowie is a laid back, very zen, sometimes a little derpy, pup who loves to take walks and chase squirrels, but is equally comfortable just lounging around all day. Bowie is great with kids, he lived with my Niece his whole life, and is very gentle and loving with her. He's great at chasing balls, just not great at returning them. He gets along great with other dogs, and has lived with cats before, though not recently. Bowie, as I mentioned before, is just happy to be included, whether that is playing with other pups, walks, sitting on the porch drinking coffee (not him, me) or whatever else is going on. He is calm under pressure, has no storm/thunder anxiety, and no destructive behaviors (digging, chewing, clawing). Bowie absolutely adores belly rubs and will flop over at your feet and let you rub his belly for hours and just fall asleep. Hands will definitely get tired before Bowie does. An ideal home for Bowie would be one with other dog(s) to interact with and keep him company and lead his little pack of one. Bowie IS currently on medication for arthritis and hyperthyroidism, so he does have medical needs that have to be considered, but we are hoping as we get his weight down (my mother was unable to exercise him and was not diligent in portion control the last year or so) that these conditions should be ameliorated or resolved. Bowie is leash and house trained. My mother spent some time crate training him but fell out of practice as her health declined and he hasn't needed one for a while. He should take to it quickly though if crate training is needed in your home, and knows the basics of Sit, Stay, Come. This sweet and loving pup is deserving of the perfect furever home. Could it be with you? Apply to adopt Bowie III today! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Bowie III, then please email newdigs@dallaspetsalive.org. Story
Maggie may have spent time on her own, but sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s off to a great start getting to know all her new friends. Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s met both big dogs and little dogs, and even when her curiosity gets the best of her, she takes a cue from her new friends. Cats will keep her amused, even if they are uninterested in her. She knows how to walk on her leash, sleep in her crate, and take care of business outside. Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s played well with young children, but she can benefit from the loving guidance of adults to help her become more confident. Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ll learn from a family who wants to help her become her best self. In her eyes, youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153re everything! Maggie has plenty of energy and will enjoy getting out for a run in addition to her walks. She loves toys, catching a ball, and playing tug. For a family with lots of love to offer to her, sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ll steal your heart, and youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ll love her anyway! All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise.
