We were told by the landlord and neighbor that their mother was a corgi. They were born in January 2022.  AJ has the long corgi body and the short chunky legs but the coloring of a Doberman. She has a bouncy personality and loves to play. She's very smart and learns very quickly. She  does well with other dogs but does want to play and chase cats and chickens. Hi there, my name is Tinker Bell and I am a 3-year-old Corgi/Terrier mix, about 20 lbs, and I was one of several dogs dumped by a shady dog rescue at a boarding facility in Texas and left there for a year and a half before we were finally abandoned there. That’s right. What a crime. I was only 18 months old when the rescue rescued me, and I’m sure if they had posted me I would have found a forever family right away! I am an easygoing gal, friendly with everyone, a bit shy at first meeting but always willing to get some pets and doggy treats. I have put on a few extra pounds by being stagnant but I love to go on walks and once I get back into a home routine with fun stuff to do, my girlish figure will return. I am housebroken, already spayed and vaccinated, and ready to be adopted, and now that 4 Little Paws Rescue has heard about my plight, here I am… ready, willing, and dreaming about the day my life will finally change! I will be moving to Connecticut next week and I am over the moon excited to be someones forever dog! * We receive an overwhelming amount of applications. April is very sweet, loves to be around people. She is getting along great with the other dogs in foster. She weighs around 10 pounds and will stay under 25 pounds at full growth. She is doing fantastic learning outdoor potty training. April will be an awesome addition to any family. Meet Bailey....... Poor Bailey, the life of a breeder mom in a puppy mill. Bailey came to us from Iowa where she was breed over and over again. Her last 2 litters did not bring in quality and quantity so they tossed her aside and we were able to grab her. She is very sweet but super shy. Dogs in mills don't get alot of social interaction with people. She was great in her bath, and for her 1 hour brushing. She looked like she was never brushed her entire life. Bailey is very quiet, she loves to watch the other dogs in foster. She is happiest outside, running around in the fenced yard. We would love to place her in a home with another dog to help build her confidence and allow her to copy the traits of another dog, plus a fenced yard. She seems very relaxed outside. She is potty trained and she sleeps in her crate at night with no issues. At 2 years old, Bailey is around 20 pounds. She will be spayed and vaccinated before adoption. Kitty gets along well with dogs. She lived with her foster mom and other dogs. One dog was sorting out and she was a bit aggressive, but Kitty wasn't aggressive at all. Kitty likes people. But it takes a while for her to get used to it. She's basically a quiet and cautious dog, as she's not a dog with high energy levels. Treat children like adults Her relationship with cat is similar to her current relationship with the dogs around her. She's basically a dog that understands sit, wait, no. She likes to walk a lot, but she's a bit stubborn, so she tends to just sit and stay if there's a spot she wants. There is a slight imbalance in the muscles on one side of the leg. I was diagnosed at the hospital, but the doctor said it was not enough to treat it yet. Her doctor said she may have had a nutritional imbalance when she was puppy.
