Story
Kassidy, my sweet girl, where do I start. You have had it bad since the day you were born and you cannot seem to catch a break. As a puppy you had parvo and you fought so hard to survive and you did. Then you were adopted and taken out of state with your family when they realized their senior dog was not as welcoming to you as they thought. They continued to try but returned you. Then you were adopted again but that too did not work out either, at no fault of your own. So we sent you to the PAW Prison Training Program where you quickly became attached to your handler and he learned how smart you are. You learned many commands such as sit, shake, down, lay, rollover, stay, come, heel, leave it, crawl, get it, sit pretty, and more. So why is Kassidy still available? Because it will take a special person to understand that she wants to be with her people and she is the best girl! She can have some separation anxiety but it is only because she wants to get back to you and that is it. She is not destructive as she just wants to get back to you and her family. With time she is easily taught that you will return and all is well. It will take a special person/family to adopt her. Are you that person?November 23, 2024, 3:11 pm

Story
Meet Kip! Like his brother Cody, Kip was born in our rescue after his mom was saved from heartbreaking conditions where more than 15 dogs struggled to survive. Thanks to the safety and love of his foster home, Kip has grown up knowing kindness—and now he’s ready to find a family of his own. Kip is a gentle soul with a tender heart. While his brother jumps right into new adventures, Kip takes a little more time to warm up. Loud or unfamiliar noises can make him nervous, and when that happens, his crate is his safe haven where he feels secure. With patience, reassurance, and consistency, Kip is learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all. This sweet boy absolutely loves the comfort of his people once he feels safe. He enjoys playing with dog friends, is good with kids, and has the same curious, playful spark as his brother—just at his own pace. Kip will thrive in a calm, loving home with a family who understands that shy dogs need time and encouragement to blossom. Kip’s heart is pure gold, and when he leans in for cuddles or trots over to join the fun, you can’t help but fall in love. He may start off reserved, but with patience and love, Kip will reward his forever family with unwavering loyalty and affection. Could Kip be the perfect match for your family? Story
Meet Micah, a 3-year-old American Bully with the biggest heart and the most lovable “bully” personality. He’s friendly, affectionate, and full of that classic goofy charm—think bull in a china shop, but with zero ill will toward anyone or anything. Micah absolutely loves treats, is fully crate trained, and is wonderfully kid-friendly. He’s a strong boy, but his intentions are always sweet. In his mind, he’s a tiny lap dog—even though he definitely weighs more than he thinks! He lives for attention, loves being close to his people, and is truly just a good, happy boy looking for a family who will adore his big, silly, loving energy.December 11, 2025, 7:39 pm
