Story
Sady's story is a heartbreaking one, and unfortunately, isn't uncommon but it is one that can still have a happy ending with the right help. She was abandoned by her original owner in the middle of an orange field, left confused and scared with nowhere to go. Thankfully, a kind woman found her and brought her to safety. Wanting to help, she reached out to my brother and sister-in-law, who agreed to take Sadie in temporarily for a week while a permanent home could be found. Unfortunately, that follow-up never came. What was supposed to be temporary turned into about 2 months of my brother and sister-in-law doing everything they could to care for Sadie and give her stability. The problem is they live in housing with a strict no-dog policy. And are had to bring her back to the shelter. We are actively trying to find housing elsewhere, any leads or adopters that are interested in helping feel free to reach out or repost her story.
