Story
Murphy is a sweet 9-year-old mixed breed whom we adopted as a rescue puppy. She's been a wonderful companion and brings a lot of joy to our home. Now that we're retired, we're spending more time traveling, exploring the US by van. Unfortunately, Murphy isn't comfortable with van travel, so we're looking for a loving home where she'll receive plenty of affection, long walks, and outdoor adventures. Murphy adores being around people and children, and once she gets to know you, she's loyal and loving. She thrives in a peaceful setting and would be happiest as the only dog in the household, soaking up undivided attention and lots of cuddles. She prefers female companionship and can be hesitant with unknown men. She's healthy, weighs about 40 pounds, walks well on a leash, crate-trained, and is housebroken. Murphy would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys nature walks and hikes. We are committed to finding Murphy a family who will provide the loving home she deserves.

Story
Hello, This is Sol she is about 1 year old. She is a great doggie, very playful and cuddly. Sol loves long walks and loves play time. She is very very smart can pick up on things easily. Sol is a very energetic dog she definitely needs someone who can give her the time to be outside and exercise. She is a working dog but can also be a great house dog. She loves the attention and will push other dogs out of the way to get it. She is not aggressive at all she can get along with dogs well, we have taken her day care and have not had any issues she loves it ! She again learns basic commands fast and can learn other things as well if given the time, is potty trained, and also doesn’t mind baths but they are not her favorite, she does allow herself to get her nails cut which is a plus. My partner and I unfortunately do not have the time give her what she needs or the housing size for her.

Story
This is Luna Luna is a 4-5 year old female staffy pitbull. She is a great loving dog, loves attention and loves humans. She gets along with other dogs she has gone to doggy day care and we haven’t had any issues with her there, but does prefer being alone when she wants nothing to do with them she will go to a corner and ball up and not get up till they leave. She is not aggressive at all. She loves to play, she does bark when she hears an unfamiliar voice but it’s just barking. She loves kids she grew up with a toddler. Luna does struggle with allergies she take apoquel once a day and gets shots every month, that is because we haven’t been able to find the right at home remedies but any other person has any ideas for her also please by all means. Unfortunately my partner and I cannot give her the love and attention we expected due to our jobs we work over 60 hours a week up to 12-14 hour shifts. Our housing situation has changed and we cannot have pets.

Story
Meet Lucky Ace! This goofy Lab mix recently arrived to our shelter from our friends at Rescued Pets Movement in New Mexico and we are so excited to help him find an active, adventurous home where he can explore the world! Ace loves everyone he meets and should do well in a home with other friendly dogs that share his energy level. He should also do well in a home with kids that are used to big, dorky dogs! At this time, we are not sure about cats but will update you as we learn more. Ace is learning how to walk on leash and is working on his basic commands. He wants to please and we think he is going to be a super star with a little bit of training and patience.Ace is already neutered, microchipped, dewormed and up to date on his vaccines. This boy has so much love to give and we are so excited to be a part of his journey!
