Story
Reggie is a sweet and playful 6 year old. He loves long walks and playing with his owner. However he does has separation anxiety and his owner is unable to give him all the attention he needs. He is picky about the dogs he meets and has never met a cat before. He is not the best with kids but with supervision he is fine. He is non territorial over his food or toys. The only time he does get territorial is if he finds a piece of paper he does not like his paper being taken away.

Story
We rescued Emma in May 2017 when she was 3 weeks old and have been lucky enough to love her ever since. She is shy warming up to other dogs; but never threatening and absolutely loves all people, including babies and children. She is a lap dog in a big dog body that thrives on cuddles, pets, and love. While she has spurts of playful energy and excitement, she is overall a very calm, sweet dog. She has lived her whole life an inside dog but enjoys hours of outside time a day when the weather is suitable. Unfortunately, we have recently had to downsize our housing situation quite dramatically and are unable to accommodate her in a way that is comfortable to both of us.

Story
Riggs is my first personal dog born 11/2/22 so he’s about a year and a half old. He is very high energy. Loves anything outside and playing fetch or tugging. Total goofball. Very friendly, and maybe overly friendly. He wants to play with any cat, dog, or human he meets. He is not mean, possessive or aggressive in a bad way. If another dog takes his toy or food he acts like he won’t touch it anymore. He will talk to you and pout if he wants attention. He’s my little bud but I have a job that is 12 hour shifts and I live alone. I feel bad everyday leaving him at home in his kennel when Im at work. I’ve used rover app and let him spend time with other dogs and he loves the exercise and play. For his sake and mine, I just feel Like a home with more dogs, children, or owner availability would be better for him. This why I have him at 0$. I will keep him unless I find someone who actually wants to take him and give him a better home.

Story
Ace was on the euthanasia list due to kennel cough in the Wichita Animal Shelter until a foster offered to take him in until 1st week of June. He is no longer suffering from kennel cough but did test positive for heartworm and will be undergoing treatment. He will need a foster or adopter soon. He is potty trained and knows how to sit. He does have trigger points and will flinch when you pet him and he doesn't see your hand coming (like reaching over in the car) He was shedding like a man going bald.. but I bathed him and that's helped some... and he hated every moment haha. Ace doesn't react to others on walks.. so that's good. He does still pull on the leash while walking. I love everyone I see including other dogs..I don't know if I will like cats... I want to chase rabbits and squirrels I want to know where you are but once I feel safe, I chill.. Oh, and I come with a red ball. It goes everywhere with me... even on potty walks... I'm a good boy and if you have a yard that's a bonus! Right now we walk on the leash but I still pull some... I guess she just isn't fast enough! Adoption Fee: $200 - Includes Spay/Neuter, Microchip, and UTD on all vaccines.

Story
Joplin was sitting in a shelter for months and then came to his final hours for euthanasia. Luckily we had a foster offer and we were able to get him out of there before his time was up! Joplin is doing great, he's a very nice and friendly dog. He seems to be potty trained on the most part, just a few accidents in the house when I'm not paying enough attention to his body language. He is super obvious when he is looking to potty. So far he knows sit and down, we are working on shake. Dude likes to explore and sniff and check things out. Monday he has a vet appointment to make sure he's healthy enough, then he can get neutered the following week. Joplin has some separation anxiety when it comes to the kennel, and he follows me around the house. He really likes playing with toys with my dog and he likes to chew, chew, chew. Typical sweet puppy! Adoption Fee: $200 - Includes Spay/Neuter, Microchip, and UTD on all vaccines.
