**Meet Lucy ❤️** Lucy is an 11-year-old Labrador Retriever looking for a loving home to spend her golden years. She is a sweet, loyal girl who loves being around her people and enjoys lounging around the house just as much as spending time outside. Lucy is house trained, well-mannered, and has been a wonderful family dog. She has a calm personality and is past the puppy stage, making her an easy companion. She enjoys attention, naps, and simply being part of the family. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but we've recently discovered that our daughter has a pet dander allergy, and after trying to make it work, we've realized finding Lucy the right home is what's best for everyone. Our biggest wish is to find someone who will love Lucy as much as we do and give her the comfortable, happy retirement she deserves. She still has so much love to give and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a gentle, devoted dog.

I love running in the backyard with other doggies, playing fetch, and following my foster mom everywhere, even up & down the stairs! I'm a very good girl and am potty trained, kennel trained & leash trained. I My favorite thing in the whole wide world is snuggles. I sure can't wait to find my forever snuggle buddy! I’m currently learning how to “leave it” and about giving my foster kitty siblings space. I like them so much, but apparently they don't want to play a bunch like me.
