Hello! My name is Melrose! I am a fun little puppy, just learning about the world! I am looking for a home where the people have lots of patience and are willing to give me the attention and training that I need to become a well-behaved dog. Story
Hello, I'm Royce,I'm a happy, outgoing guy who loves meeting people and soaking up all the attention I can get. I'm easy to leash up and walk nicely by your side, making adventures together a breeze.I'm a playful boy who loves toys, games of chase, and rough-and-rowdy play with my friends. I do have some puppy-like behaviors, including jumping when I get excited, but it's only because I'm so happy to see you! I'm also a smart guy who already knows how to sit, shake, and lay down on command. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who loves to play and will always be excited to see you, I'm your guy. I can't wait to find a family to call my own!Thank you, Anderson RV Center, for sponsoring a portion of my fee!From:agencyWeight:37lbsExercise: moderate to highLarge/small dogs: slow introductionChildren/strangers: slow introductionCats: slow introduction Primary Color: Black And White Weight: 37 Age: 0yrs 7mths 1wks

Story
Brooklyn LOVES attention and would be happy sitting with you petting her all day! She can be leary of strangers, but if they squat down and call for her she will come and she desires to be petted more than she is afraid! She is not afraid to bark, but the only time she barks is if someone comes to the door. Brooklyn has lived around young children, as young as 4!

Story
Meet Ziggy! At around 1 year old and 40 pounds, Ziggy is the perfect mix of playful fun and sweet companionship. This beautiful maybe sheltie/retriever mix has a gentle nature and loves making friends with both people and other dogs. Ziggy approaches life like one big game. Whether she's chasing a stuffed toy, proudly shaking it around the house, or turning brushing time into a playful adventure, she always finds a way to bring a smile to your face. She's very treat-motivated, which makes her eager to learn and a great candidate for continued training. While Ziggy enjoys having fun, she's also a sensitive girl who can be a little timid around loud noises. A patient family that helps build her confidence will be rewarded with a loyal and loving companion. Ziggy has done well with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine friend. She would probably do well with children too, though her enthusiasm and tendency to jump may make her a better match for families with older kids or dog-savvy youngsters. If you're looking for a friendly, playful dog who is equal parts goofy and sweet, Ziggy may be the perfect addition to your family. She has a soft, gentle personality wrapped up in a fun-loving package and is ready to find a family of her own. All Heart of America Humane Society dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Adoption fee is $250.
